吉林省艾斯克机电股份有限公司技术创新管理改进研究

【摘要】:当今是一个知识经济快速发展的社会,企业的技术创新管理水平对提升企业的总体实力起着十分重要的作用。最近几年,技术创新型企业明显要比其它普通企业发展速度快,也更加容易在市场中获得更多的经济利益。最终现实企业技术创新管理的目标是企业技术创新管理的核心内容,我们将管理与技术创新二者的关联性进行结合,使之成为促进技术创新和企业发展的关键因素,但想要最终实现此目的,一定要考虑企业内外部的一切因素,仔细研究为何会出现问题,积极运用合理的研究对策来使企业向着技术创新的大方向推进。当今国内绝大多部分企业因为技术创新管理的思维还处于初级阶段,与企业今后的发展趋势和市场对于企业的要求有着较大差距,对于更好的适应市场环境还存在很大距离,因此如何提高企业的技术创新管理水平是当前亟待研究解决的问题。此文用艾斯克公司作为例子,研究该公司技术创新管理从初始阶段到日趋成熟的过程及其中环节。首先对艾斯克公司技术创新管理进行全面概述:先介绍概念,然后介绍技术创新管理的理论,包含技术创新动力理论及技术创新等理论,具体分析了艾斯克公司技术创新管理的现状及艾斯克公司技术创新特点;其次,分析过去企业技术创新管理手段及新型技术企业的技术创新特点,以对艾斯克公司技术创新管理模式选择和奖惩机制等方面的启发,还可以通过全面了解艾斯克公司自身特点以及整个行业的发展状况,分析制约艾斯克公司技术创新管理的主因及其它客观因素,其中模式、投入、管理、生产及一些其它因素更需加强改进的方面,最终分析出影响创新管理效果的原因及问题;最后,制定出适合艾斯克公司未来应走的技术创新管理道路。即为:必须注重培养优秀的企业文化,制定明确的企业技术创新管理目标,将企业内部好的资源当成基础,产品视为市场风向标,积极整合企业技术创新管理的各类资源,建立科学的决策机制,提高执行力,同时建立完整的创新人才培养目标,做好职业规划方向,防止高端人才外流,从而确保艾斯克公司在技术创新管理中朝向正确的方向发展。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, the management level of technological innovation plays a very important role in promoting the overall strength of enterprises. In recent years, technology innovation firms have clearly grown faster than other ordinary firms and have been able to gain more economic benefits in the market. Finally, the goal of enterprise technology innovation management is the core content of enterprise technology innovation management. We combine the relationship between management and technology innovation to make it become the key factor to promote technology innovation and enterprise development. However, if we want to achieve this goal, we must consider all the factors inside and outside the enterprise, carefully study why there are problems, and actively use reasonable research countermeasures to make the enterprise advance towards the direction of technological innovation. At present, most of the domestic enterprises are still in the primary stage because of the thinking of technological innovation management, which has a big gap with the future development trend of the enterprises and the requirements of the market for the enterprises, and there is still a long way to better adapt to the market environment. Therefore, how to improve the management level of technological innovation is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper studies the process and process of technology innovation management from the initial stage to the maturing stage with the example of Eiske Company. First of all, it gives a comprehensive overview of the technology innovation management of Eiske Company: first introduces the concept, then introduces the theory of technology innovation management, including the theory of technology innovation motive force and technology innovation, etc. The paper analyzes the current situation of the technology innovation management and the characteristics of the technology innovation of the Esk Company. Secondly, it analyzes the management means of the technology innovation of the past enterprises and the technological innovation characteristics of the new technology enterprises. Inspired by the selection of the management mode of technological innovation and the mechanism of rewards and punishments of the company, we can also comprehensively understand the characteristics of the company itself and the development of the whole industry. This paper analyzes the main factors and other objective factors that restrict the technological innovation management of Eiske Company, among which the mode, input, management, production and some other factors need to be improved more, and finally analyzes the reasons and problems that affect the effect of innovation management. In the end, we should make the way of technological innovation management which is suitable for Eiske Company in the future. That is, we must pay attention to cultivating excellent corporate culture, formulate clear management objectives of enterprise technological innovation, regard good resources within enterprises as the foundation, regard products as market vane, and actively integrate all kinds of resources of enterprise technological innovation management. To establish a scientific decision-making mechanism, improve executive power, establish a complete goal of training innovative talents, do a good job planning direction, prevent the outflow of high-end talents, so as to ensure the Eiske Company to develop in the right direction in the management of technological innovation.
