A瓷业股份有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,中国经济的快速发展,给国内白酒行业带来了巨大的发展机遇。白酒行业与陶瓷酒瓶制造业具有紧密的关联性。白酒行业的发展也带来了陶瓷酒瓶制造业的快速发展。同时,伴随市场经济的日益成熟和竞争日趋激烈,陶瓷酒瓶制造企业面临更激烈挑战。从目前情况看,我国陶瓷酒瓶制造企业普遍存在发展历程短和规模实力不足的问题,不少企业过去依靠低成本、广覆盖、强销售的竞争优势获得了快速成长,但由于缺乏企业战略规划及企业战略的实施保障,往往出现发展滞后及错失发展机遇的状况。如何提升可持续的竞争力,是中国企业需要思考的问题。如何更好的发展自身,是中国陶瓷企业必须面对的问题。A瓷业有限公司是国内最大的陶瓷洒瓶制造企业,但是发展战略的缺失和战略实施保障的不足约束了企业的进一步发展,战略设计和选择势在必行。文章总体线索从A瓷业有限公司基本情况入手,通过对安华瓷业内、外部环境分析,综合应用战略管理理论和SWOT分析方法,在充分研究A瓷业有限公司面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战的基础上,制订符合自身的有效发展战略,全面安排,详细部署,整合企业资源,提高企业核心竞争力,在把握机会的同时战胜困难,实现企业可持续发展企业。文章具体内容包括七大部分,首先对企业发展战略进行文献梳理,其次介绍A瓷业有限公司基本概况,通过对公司进行SWOT诊断,对公司的发展战略进行研究,最终确定公司实施科技兴企、品牌强企、人才树企、资本助企等四大发展战略。并围绕如何实现A瓷业有限的具体发展战略目标,就公司战略实施中企业上市、进军农村、加快转型升级、强化科技创新等7个方面对战略有效实施的保障进行深入探讨,对存在的风险进行列举并提出防控措施,确保企业战略有效可行。论文通过A瓷业有限公司战略问题的研究,帮助A瓷业有限公司明晰战略目标和任务,对企业迈入健康的可持续发展道路具有应用价值;该研究对其他处于战略发展和战略转型中的陶瓷企业也具有参考价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's economy has brought great opportunities to the domestic liquor industry. Liquor industry and ceramic bottle manufacturing industry has a close relationship. The development of liquor industry has also brought the rapid development of ceramic bottle manufacturing industry. At the same time, with the increasingly mature market economy and increasingly fierce competition, ceramic bottle manufacturing enterprises are facing more fierce challenges. From the current situation, Chinese ceramic bottle manufacturing enterprises generally have the problems of short development history and insufficient scale strength. In the past, many enterprises relied on the competitive advantage of low cost, wide coverage and strong sales to gain rapid growth. However, due to the lack of enterprise strategic planning and the implementation of enterprise strategy, development often lags behind and opportunities for development are missed. How to enhance sustainable competitiveness is a problem that Chinese enterprises need to think about. How to develop itself better is the problem that Chinese ceramic enterprises must face. A porcelain Industry Co., Ltd. is the largest ceramic bottle manufacturer in China. However, the lack of development strategy and the lack of support for the implementation of the strategy restrict the further development of the enterprise. Strategic design and choice are imperative. Starting with the basic situation of A porcelain Industry Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Anhua porcelain industry, synthetically applies strategic management theory and SWOT analysis method, and fully studies the advantages and disadvantages faced by A porcelain Industry Co., Ltd. On the basis of opportunity and challenge, we should make effective development strategy according to our own, arrange overall, arrange in detail, integrate enterprise resources, improve the core competitiveness of enterprise, overcome the difficulty while grasping the opportunity, and realize the sustainable development of enterprise. This paper includes seven parts: firstly, the paper reviews the development strategy of the enterprise, secondly introduces the basic situation of A porcelain Co., Ltd., and studies the development strategy of the company through the SWOT diagnosis of the company. Finally determine the company's implementation of science and technology, strong brand enterprises, talent tree enterprises, capital to help enterprises such as four development strategies. And focusing on how to realize the specific development strategic goal of A porcelain industry, this paper discusses deeply the guarantee of effective implementation of the strategy from seven aspects, such as the listing of enterprises in the implementation of company strategy, entering into rural areas, speeding up transformation and upgrading, strengthening scientific and technological innovation, and so on. Enumerate the existing risks and put forward prevention and control measures to ensure that the enterprise strategy is effective and feasible. Through the study of the strategic problems of A porcelain Co., Ltd., the paper helps A Ceramics Co., Ltd. to clarify the strategic objectives and tasks, and has the application value for the enterprises to step into a healthy and sustainable development road; This research also has reference value and practical significance for other ceramic enterprises in strategic development and strategic transformation.
