新能源技术产业化发展的环境支撑能力实证分析——以风电产业为例

【摘要】：以风电产业为例,构建新能源技术产业化发展环境支撑能力指标体系,采用灰色关联与熵权法相结合的方法,对我国31个省份的风电技术产业化发展环境的支撑能力进行测度与评价。结果显示:多数省份内环境支撑能力并不均衡,这在广东、内蒙古、江苏、北京等环境支撑能力较高的省份内部尤为突出;综合环境支撑能力排名靠前的省份之间差距较大,其它省份环境支撑能力较为接近且得分较低;我国风电技术产业化发展环境支撑能力有待进一步提高。因此,可以通过提高自主创新能力、加快电力市场化改革、优化产业布局等途径为我国风电技术产业化发展提供更好的环境支撑。
[Abstract]:Taking wind power industry as an example, the paper constructs the index system of environmental support ability for the industrialization of new energy technology, and adopts the method of combining grey relation and entropy weight method. This paper measures and evaluates the supporting ability of the development environment of wind power technology industrialization in 31 provinces of China. The results show that the environmental support capacity of most provinces is not balanced, which is especially prominent in the provinces with higher environmental support capacity, such as Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu, Beijing, etc. The environmental support capacity of other provinces is close and the score is low, and the environmental support ability of the industrialization of wind power technology in China needs to be further improved. Therefore, we can provide better environmental support for the development of wind power technology industrialization in China by improving the independent innovation ability, speeding up the reform of electricity marketization and optimizing the industrial layout of the industry.
