技术获取型OFDI对江苏省制造业自主创新的影响研究

【摘要】：自主创新是提高国家产业竞争力的关键因素,也是实现"中国创造"的最终目标。随着生产全球化进程的推进和"走出去"战略的实施,政府和企业对提升自主创新能力越来越重视,并寻求了多种方法和渠道。江苏省作为外向型经济发展的重点省份,其中以技术获取型为目的的对外直接投资表现突出,通过收购海外技术公司、设立海外研发机构等,对促进自主创新发挥了显著作用。国内外学者的研究表明,技术获取型OFDI对提升母国自主创新能力和推动产业升级有积极的影响。江苏作为我国制造业的第一大省,在产业变革方面已取得巨大成就,但在中高端产业链的技术水平仍比较落后,通过OFDI获取外部技术就成为提升其自主创新能力的重要途径之一。在此背景下,研究技术获取型OFDI如何影响江苏省制造业自主创新这一问题,对加快江苏省制造业实现自主创新目标,促进产业结构升级具有重要的意义。针对要研究的问题,本文采用了定性和定量相结合的分析方法。在定性分析方面,基于相关理论分析了技术获取型OFDI对自主创新的影响机制,其中包含了两个层面:一是技术获取型OFDI促进投资母国的技术进步,二是技术进步推动中国制造业的自主创新。在定量分析方面,首先对江苏省对外直接投资的技术获取型部分进行了剥离,这是本文的创新点之一,同时,也对制造业的自主创新现状进行了综合评价。最后,实证检验了江苏省技术获取型OFDI对制造业自主创新的影响,结果显示技术获取型OFDI对制造业自主创新有促进作用。根据上述分析结果,本文依次从企业和政府两个层面,分别提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Independent innovation is the key factor to improve the national industrial competitiveness and the ultimate goal of realizing "Chinese creation". With the advancement of the process of production globalization and the implementation of the strategy of "going out", the government and enterprises pay more and more attention to improving the ability of independent innovation, and seek various methods and channels. As a key province of export-oriented economic development, Jiangsu Province has played a significant role in promoting independent innovation through the acquisition of overseas technology companies and the establishment of overseas R & D institutions. The research of scholars at home and abroad shows that technology-acquired OFDI has a positive effect on improving the independent innovation ability of home country and promoting industrial upgrading. As the largest province in China's manufacturing industry, Jiangsu has made great achievements in industrial transformation, but the technological level of the mid-high-end industrial chain is still relatively backward. Acquiring external technology through OFDI has become one of the important ways to improve its independent innovation ability. Under this background, it is of great significance to study how technology-acquired OFDI affects the independent innovation of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province, which will accelerate the realization of the goal of independent innovation in manufacturing industry of Jiangsu Province and promote the upgrading of industrial structure. Aiming at the problems to be studied, the qualitative and quantitative analysis method is adopted in this paper. In terms of qualitative analysis, based on relevant theories, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of technology-acquired OFDI on independent innovation, which includes two aspects: first, technology-acquired OFDI promotes technological progress in home country. Second, technological progress promotes independent innovation in China's manufacturing industry. In the aspect of quantitative analysis, the technological acquisition part of FDI in Jiangsu Province is firstly stripped, which is one of the innovation points in this paper. At the same time, the present situation of independent innovation in manufacturing industry is comprehensively evaluated. Finally, this paper empirically examines the effect of technology-acquired OFDI on independent innovation in manufacturing industry. The results show that technology-acquired OFDI can promote independent innovation in manufacturing industry. According to the above analysis results, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the two levels of enterprise and government.
