九江市共青园区服装企业技能培训效果评价研究

【摘要】:人类生活的四大基本要素是衣、食、住、行,人们对穿“衣”的需求经常放在首位。这也充分说明了服装业对于人类发展的重要地位。近年来随着我国经济产业结构调整的不断深化,企业升级改造也进行的如火如荼,新兴业态、新技术、新设备、新工艺层出不穷,极大地提升了社会生产力水平。服装企业也是如此,企业引入新的服装实用型、新的服装生产线、新的工艺等等,也对人力资源素质提出了更高的要求,需要的人才大多为技能型人才,因而顺应服装行业的发展趋势,研究服务技能型人才培训,创造企业竞争优势显得尤为重要。员工技能素质培训对于服装企业面对激烈的国内和国际的竞争压力、保持服装企业的战略发展地位十分重要。随着经济的不断发展,九江市服装行业也在不断的向前,但是在经济全球化的背景下,九江市服装行业与国外竞争对手相比存在着较大的差距,甚至和我国较为发达的东南沿海地区的服装行业相比也存在着一定的距离。之所以现阶段九江市服装行业整体营业情况上不去,很大一部分原因在于其劳动力的专业素质较差。所以进行员工专业技能培训就显得格外重要。尽管目前九江共青园区服装行业已经开展了员工培训,但是效果并不理想,亟需理论上支撑和实践上的优化。本文也正是本着这样一个切入点,主要通过文献研究法和案例分析法展开研究,旨在通过对九江市共青工业园区服装行业的员工技能培训现状进行调查和了解。本文选取了九江共青园区工业园中三家具有代表性的服装企业为例进行实证分析,调查了解现阶段这三家服装行业在员工培训方面实践的效果,重点在于找出其中存在的具体、突出的问题,并在此基础上提出解决对策。希望通过对九江市共青工业园区部分服装企业的员工技能培训进行综合评价,以点带面,总结现阶段九江市服装行业在员工技能培训发展过程中所存在的问题。针对评价结果,结合当前九江市服装行业技能培训的发展现状,有针对性的提出有关九江市服装行业的发展对策,并对九江市服装行业技能培训的未来做出展望。
[Abstract]:The four basic elements of human life are clothing, food, shelter and transportation. This also fully explained the clothing industry to the important position of human development. In recent years, with the deepening of China's economic and industrial structure adjustment, the upgrading and transformation of enterprises is in full swing. New industries, new technologies, new equipment and new technologies are emerging in endlessly, which has greatly improved the level of social productivity. The same is true of garment enterprises. The introduction of new practical clothing, new garment production lines, new techniques, etc., also puts forward higher requirements for the quality of human resources, and most of the talents needed are skilled talents. Therefore, in line with the trend of clothing industry, it is very important to study the training of service skilled personnel and to create competitive advantage of enterprises. Staff skill quality training is very important for garment enterprises to maintain their strategic development status in the face of fierce domestic and international competition pressure. With the continuous development of economy, the clothing industry of Jiujiang City is moving forward, but in the context of economic globalization, there is a big gap between the clothing industry of Jiujiang City and its foreign competitors. Even compared with the more developed southeast coastal areas of China, there is a certain distance between the clothing industry. The reason why Jiujiang clothing industry as a whole does not go, a large part of the reason lies in the poor professional quality of its labor force. So it is very important to train the professional skills of employees. Although the clothing industry of Jiujiang Yongqing Park has already carried out employee training, the effect is not ideal and needs theoretical support and practical optimization. This paper is based on such a breakthrough point, mainly through literature research and case analysis to carry out research, aimed at Jiujiang City Yongqing Industrial Park clothing industry through the investigation and understanding of the status quo of staff skills training. This paper selects three representative garment enterprises in Jiujiang Yongqing Industrial Park as an example to investigate the effect of the three garment industries in staff training at the present stage. The emphasis is to find out the concrete existing in them. The outstanding problem, and on this basis proposes the solution countermeasure. It is hoped that through the comprehensive evaluation of the staff skills training of some garment enterprises in Jiujiang Yongqing Industrial Park, the problems existing in the development of staff skills training in the clothing industry of Jiujiang City at the present stage can be summarized. According to the evaluation results, combined with the current situation of the development of the clothing industry skills training in Jiujiang City, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of the clothing industry in Jiujiang City, and makes a prospect for the future of the skills training in the clothing industry in Jiujiang City.
