X国有化工企业技术人才离职原因分析及对策研究

【摘要】:飞速发展的科技和新型技术的运用使各行各业的发展节奏变的异常之快,要想紧跟时代发展脚步适应社会新潮流,企业就必须保证自身的核心竞争力,从而在激烈的市场角逐中立于不败之地。总言之,企业的核心竞争力就是——人才。而对于国有化工企业来说技术人才掌握着企业的核心技术,是企业得以发展的中坚力量,他们是企业安全、长期、稳定运行的护航者,一旦他们出现离职潮极有可能迫使企业生产中断,从而导致企业停产。因此,技术人才掌握着国有化工企业生存发展的命脉。X国有化工企业培养出一名合格技术人才一般得花费3年时间,这就导致企业必须在他们身上投入大量的培训成本。这些人具有丰富的实践、技术经验以及系统的专业知识。因此,他们的离职会对X国有化工企业的稳定运行造成沉重打击。本文以X国有化工企业为研究背景,以其技术人才离职现状为研究对象,结合相关理论的学习和探索,分析产生该现状的原因,从而有针对性的提出留住技术人才的对策。最后希望本文能为降低X国有化工企业及其它国有化工企业技术人才离职率提供一定的参考和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of science and technology and the use of new technologies make the pace of development of various industries become unusually fast. In order to keep up with the pace of development of the times and adapt to the new social trends, enterprises must ensure their core competitiveness. Thus in the fierce market competition in an invincible position. In short, the core competitiveness of enterprises is-talent. For state-owned chemical enterprises, technical personnel hold the core technology of the enterprise and are the backbone of the development of the enterprise. They are the escort for the safe, long-term and stable operation of the enterprise. A wave of departures is highly likely to force a halt in production, leading to a shutdown. Therefore, it takes three years for the technical talents to master the lifeblood of the survival and development of the state-owned chemical enterprises. X the state-owned chemical enterprises usually take three years to cultivate a qualified technical personnel, which leads to the enterprises have to invest a lot of training costs on them. These people have a wealth of practice, technical experience and systematic expertise. As a result, their departure will cause a heavy blow to the stable operation of X-state-owned chemical enterprises. In this paper, taking X state-owned chemical enterprise as the research background, taking the current situation of the turnover of technical talents as the research object, combining with the study and exploration of relevant theories, this paper analyzes the causes of the present situation, and then puts forward the countermeasures of retaining technical talents. Finally, it is hoped that this paper can provide some reference and reference for reducing the turnover rate of technical talents in X state-owned chemical enterprises and other state-owned chemical enterprises.
