JC供电公司备品备件仓储管理优化研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的迅猛发展,科学技术也得到了飞快的发展。尤其是信息技术、通讯技术的快速发展,同时,物流业的发展让各行业的企业将其管理的关注焦点转移到对公司内部的物料管理、库存管理等方面,也逐渐成为各类用户商品流通的最有效方式。同时,JC供电公司作为国家电网下属的一个分公司,为所管辖的区域提供稳定、持续的电力供应,然而公司内部备品备件仓储管理存在着许多问题。如采购计划盲目、备品备件分类不清、备品备件管理制度及执行不够彻底等。因此,加强JC供电公司库存成本控制管理,有效降低运营成本、防止流动资产停滞和搁置、提高企业资源合理配置能力以及增强企业市场竞争力的关键措施已变得迫在敏捷。本文首先通过实际调研和收集历史资料,将JC供电公司的备品备件种类和当前备品备件管理现状等进行详细梳理,找出影响JC供电公司备品备件仓储管理的五大影响因素。其次,采用ABC分类方法对现存的备品备件进行细致分类,针对不同的分类提出相应的仓储管理方向。然后引入经济订货批量模型(EOQ)作为公司备品备件最佳订货点的定额模型,以M备品备件为例,分析出使用模型后使得库存成本得以改进。最后基于JC供电公司库存管理中存在的问题以及经济订货批量模型的应用提出适合JC供电公司库存管理的优化措施,以便将公司备品备件仓储管理水平达到最优。因此,通过上述定性与定量相结合的方法,使得JC供电公司备品备件仓储管理得到相应改善,提高JC供电公司的整体竞争力和市场占有率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, science and technology has also been rapid development. Especially with the rapid development of information technology and communication technology, at the same time, the development of logistics industry enables enterprises in various industries to focus their attention on material management and inventory management within the company. Also gradually become each kind of user commodity circulation the most effective way. At the same time, JC Power supply Company, as a subsidiary of State Grid, provides stable and continuous power supply to the area under its jurisdiction. However, there are many problems in the storage management of spare parts within the company. Such as blind purchase plan, spare parts classification, spare parts management system and implementation is not thorough. Therefore, the key measures to strengthen the inventory cost control management of JC power supply company, effectively reduce the operating cost, prevent the stagnation and shelving of current assets, improve the ability of rational allocation of enterprise resources and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises have become urgent and agile. This paper firstly combs the types of spare parts and the present situation of spare parts management in JC Power supply Company through practical investigation and historical data collection, and finds out the five factors that affect the storage management of spare parts in JC Power supply Company. Secondly, the existing spare parts are classified carefully by ABC classification method, and the corresponding storage management direction is put forward for different classification. Then the economic order batch model (EOQ) is introduced as the quota model of the best order point for spare parts. Taking M spare parts as an example, the inventory cost can be improved by using the model. Finally, based on the problems existing in the inventory management of JC power supply company and the application of the economic order batch model, the optimization measures suitable for the inventory management of JC power supply company are put forward in order to reach the optimal level of spare parts storage management in JC power supply company. Therefore, through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the storage management of spare parts in JC Power supply Company can be improved accordingly, and the overall competitiveness and market share of JC Power supply Company will be enhanced.
