嘉陵集团战略精益营运资金管理研究

【摘要】:嘉陵集团作为我国国有大型企业,摩托车及其发动机、特种装备以及汽车摩托车零部件等是其生产的主要产品。近年来面对低位运行的资金外部环境和摩托车销售量下滑的资金内部环境,公司经营出现亏损,银行资信度下降,不得不面对银行收缩信用贷款及提高贷款利率的后果,从而进一步加大了公司的融资难度以及融资成本,并开始影响公司资金链的稳定。在面临前所未有的重大危机之际,亟需运用战略精益营运资金管理来提高资金使用效率,应对企业财务困难,使企业转危为安。本论文通过三种研究方法(文献调查,个案研究和定性分析),发现战略精益营运资金管理原则是梯次分明的,模型是随企业内外部环境而变的,模式是精确落实到每一个细节的。创新之处在于以嘉陵集团为例,对战略精益营运资金管理给企业带来的影响进行深层研究,将精益管理和营运资金管理两大理论体系首次有机结合起来,并从简单的业务层次上升至战略层次,深入研究战略精益营运资金管理对嘉陵集团的影响,有机结合理论与案例,为国有大型摩托车企业改善公司营运资金管理提出具有实践意义的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Jialing Group, as a large state-owned enterprise in China, produces major products such as motorcycles and their engines, special equipment and auto and motorcycle parts. In recent years, in the face of the external environment of low operating funds and the internal environment of funds with declining motorcycle sales, the company has suffered losses in its operation, and the confidence of the banks has declined, so it has to face the consequences of banks shrinking credit loans and raising loan interest rates. It further increases the financing difficulty and financing cost of the company, and begins to affect the stability of the company's capital chain. In the face of unprecedented major crisis, it is urgent to use strategic lean working capital management to improve the efficiency of the use of funds, to deal with financial difficulties, so that enterprises turn the corner. Through three research methods (literature survey, case study and qualitative analysis), this paper finds that the principles of strategic lean working capital management are clear, and the model changes with the internal and external environment of the enterprise. The pattern is precisely implemented to every detail. The innovation lies in taking Jialing Group as an example to make a deep research on the impact of strategic lean working capital management on enterprises, and combine the two theoretical systems of lean management and working capital management organically for the first time. And from the simple business level to the strategic level, in-depth study of strategic lean working capital management on the impact of Jialing Group, organic combination of theory and cases, This paper puts forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions for the state-owned large motorcycle enterprises to improve the management of the working capital of the company.
