我国市场一体化对工业地区专业化的影响研究

【摘要】：地区专业化是经济地理学的重要研究领域,对区域协调发展有重要作用,而市场一体化是影响地区专业化水平的重要因素。尽管改革开放以来我国区域经济发展已经取得了巨大成就,但产业结构趋同和市场分割问题仍然十分突出。一方面是对内区域整合受地方保护政策、区位因素等制约而进展受阻,另一方面是对外开放质量不高、深度不足,导致我国产业集聚效应不强,地区产业结构专业化进程缓慢。当前,我国产业结构特别是工业结构转型、升级尤为关键,因而本文的主要目的是探究我国各区域的市场一体化进程和工业地区专业化水平的发展状况,以及市场一体化对工业地区专业化的影响机理。在理论层面,本文结合新经济地理学理论,从产业集聚的角度解构了市场一体化对地区专业化的影响机理,提出市场一体化通过影响特定产业的产业集聚进而影响地区产业结构格局的分析路径,并结合我国区域经济发展历程中的特殊环境,提出了一系列研究假设。在实证层面,首先,本文设计了内、外部市场一体化和工业地区专业化的评价指标并进行了测度及分析,之后在指标测度的基础上,分别对全国整体和分区域进行了实证检验,以2005-2014十年间30个省份为样本,在动态面板模型中,运用系统广义矩估计方法(GMM方法)对市场一体化对工业地区专业化的影响进行了实证研究,对前文提出的研究假设进行了验证。本文研究表明,新世纪以来内部市场一体化呈现“U”型变化趋势,外部市场一体化在逐渐下降,而工业地区专业化指数则变化较小,较为平缓。我国各区域中,东部沿海省份和中部省份的市场一体化水平较高,地区专业化水平较低;西部地区、东北三省的地区专业化水平较高,市场一体化水平则较低。在实证检验中,本文在全国层面和东、中、西三大区域层面证实了市场一体化对工业地区专业化的影响为倒“U”型,但在现阶段,内、外部市场一体化对工业地区专业化水平的影响都显著为正,两者之间的交互关系则为负。实证检验同时也证明了地区专业化水平自身会循环累积、自我强化。最后,结合前文分析,本文提出了提高国内外市场整合程度和地区专业化水平的政策建议。与以往研究相比,本文的主要创新点在于,提出了“市场一体化-产业集聚-地区专业化”的影响机理,将市场一体化划分为内、外部市场一体化,又将内部市场一体化细化为产品市场一体化与要素市场一体化,以使得对市场一体化的评价体系更加全面、客观。此外,有别于以往研究中普遍应用的静态模型,本文构建了动态面板模型,通过系统广义矩估计方法进行实证检验,减少了以往实证研究中的内生性问题,使得检验结果更为准确,从全国和分区域两个层面证实了市场一体化对地区专业化影响的倒“U”型趋势。
[Abstract]:Regional specialization is an important research field in economic geography, which plays an important role in regional coordinated development, and market integration is an important factor affecting the level of regional specialization. Although great achievements have been made in the development of regional economy since the reform and opening up, the problems of convergence of industrial structure and market segmentation are still very prominent. On the one hand, the development of internal regional integration is hindered by local protection policies and location factors. On the other hand, the quality of opening to the outside world is not high and the depth is insufficient, which leads to the weak effect of industrial agglomeration and the slow process of specialization of regional industrial structure. At present, the industrial structure of our country, especially the transformation of industrial structure, is especially crucial to upgrade. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to explore the process of market integration and the development of specialization level in various regions of our country. And the influence mechanism of market integration to industrial area specialization. At the theoretical level, combined with the new economic geography theory, this paper deconstructs the influence mechanism of market integration on regional specialization from the angle of industrial agglomeration. This paper puts forward the analysis path of market integration which influences the industrial agglomeration of specific industries and then affects the pattern of regional industrial structure, and puts forward a series of research hypotheses combined with the special environment in the course of regional economic development of our country. At the empirical level, first of all, this paper designs the internal and external market integration and industrial area specialization evaluation index, and then on the basis of the index measure, carries on the empirical test to the whole country and the sub-region. Taking 30 provinces from 2005 to 2014 as samples, this paper makes an empirical study on the effect of market integration on the specialization of industrial areas by using the generalized moment estimation (GMM) method in the dynamic panel model. The above research hypotheses are verified. This paper shows that the internal market integration has a "U" type change trend since the new century, the external market integration is decreasing gradually, while the industrial area specialization index has a relatively small change and is more gentle. In each region of our country, the level of market integration is higher and the level of regional specialization is lower in the eastern coastal province and central province, while the level of regional specialization is higher in the western region and the three provinces in Northeast China, but the level of market integration is lower. In the empirical test, this paper proves that the influence of market integration on the specialization of industrial areas is the inverted "U" type at the national level, in the east, in the middle and in the west, but at the present stage, the influence of market integration on the specialization of industrial areas is of the reverse "U" type. The influence of the integration of external market on the specialization level of industrial area is significant positive, and the interaction between them is negative. At the same time, the empirical test also proves that the level of regional specialization itself will accumulate and self-strengthen. Finally, combined with the previous analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the degree of market integration and regional specialization at home and abroad. Compared with the previous studies, the main innovation of this paper is that the influence mechanism of "market integration-industrial agglomeration-regional specialization" is put forward, and the market integration is divided into internal and external market integration. The integration of internal market is divided into the integration of product market and factor market so as to make the evaluation system of market integration more comprehensive and objective. In addition, different from the static model commonly used in previous studies, this paper constructs a dynamic panel model, which is tested by the system generalized moment estimation method, which reduces the endogenous problems in the previous empirical research. The test results are more accurate, and the trend of "U" type of market integration on regional specialization is confirmed from the national and sub-regional levels.
