基于创新发展理念的制造业转型升级研究

【摘要】：创新发展既是一种理念,又是一种方法 ,更是我国制造业实现突破发展的窗口和机会。理论创新是源泉,制度创新是保障,科技创新则是制造业转型升级的核心动力。当前,全球创新发展出现新格局,我国制造业在传统比较优势日渐削弱的条件下,发展空间不断被挤压,倒逼我国制造业不断加快推进转型升级进程。在创新发展理念的指导下,我国制造业要克服中高端人才缺口、可持续性不足、科技创新短板、复杂多变的全球制造业格局等带来的阻碍,不断激发多元创新主体活力,克服体制机制弊端,推动创新加速度,完善区域创新系统,打赢制造业竞争力争夺战,推动制造业向智能化、服务化方向发展。
[Abstract]:Innovation and development is not only an idea but also a method. It is also a window and opportunity for China's manufacturing industry to achieve breakthrough development. Theoretical innovation is the source, institutional innovation is the guarantee, and scientific and technological innovation is the core motive force for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. At present, a new pattern appears in the global innovation development. Under the condition of weakening the traditional comparative advantage, the development space of our manufacturing industry is constantly squeezed, which forces our manufacturing industry to speed up the process of transformation and upgrading. Under the guidance of the idea of innovation and development, the manufacturing industry of our country should overcome the gap of middle and high-end talents, the lack of sustainability, the short board of scientific and technological innovation, the complex and changeable global manufacturing pattern, and constantly stimulate the vitality of multiple innovation subjects. To overcome the disadvantages of the system and mechanism, to promote the acceleration of innovation, to perfect the regional innovation system, to win the battle for the competitiveness of manufacturing, and to promote the development of manufacturing industry towards the direction of intelligence and service.
