哈萨克斯坦石油企业竞争力评价及提升对策研究

【摘要】:哈萨克斯坦的地理位置处于亚洲大陆的中间地带,其国土的面积大约有着二百七十多万平方千米,她的东部是中国,西部是里海,南部与3个国家接壤,北部是俄国。当今世界石油依然是人类社会赖以生存的物质基础之一,是经济发展和社会进步的重要资源,各国都把石油战略作为其经济发展战略的重要组成部分。随着各国经济发展对石油需求的不断增长,各国围绕哈萨克斯坦石油开发的国际竞争全面展开,哈萨克斯坦成为诸多国际力量博弈的对象。针对这一现象,学界大多从哈萨克斯坦石油政策展开研究,而往往忽视将哈萨克斯坦作为重要的石油输出主体的研究,本文从哈萨克斯坦角度,分析哈国的石油企业竞争力,具有很强的指导意义。本文主要运用了波特的竞争优势理论研究哈国石油企业的竞争力并分析哈国石油企业的价值链。在了解了哈国石油企业的上中下游各个环节后,我们结合石油企业资源稀缺、国际化经营、一体化经营、规模化经营和技术密集性的特点界定了石油企业竞争力的形成过程。我们根据石油企业竞争力理论,结合对哈国石油企业的优势与劣势的分析有针对性的提出了影响哈国石油企业竞争力的各个因素,主要有技术创新因素、人力资本因素、资本运营因素和信息技术因素。根据这些影响因素,我们建立了哈国石油企业竞争力评价的指标体系,其中包括了4个一级指标和15个二级指标,并采用模糊物元法建立了哈国石油企业竞争力评价模型,对其在行业中的竞争能力和所具备的竞争优势进行分析和评价。本文以哈萨克斯坦石油企业为研究切入点,通过对哈萨克斯坦石油企业竞争力评价体系的分析,清楚的展示了哈国石油企业各个方面的发展水平。针对哈国石油企业发展潜力强但创新能力弱等竞争力评价结果,我们对如何提升哈国石油企业竞争力提出了相应的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Located in the middle of the Asian continent, Kazakhstan covers an area of more than 270 square kilometers. To the east is China, to the west is the Caspian Sea, to the south is bordering three countries, and to the north is Russia. Nowadays, oil in the world is still one of the material bases for the survival of human society and an important resource for economic development and social progress. Every country regards petroleum strategy as an important part of its economic development strategy. With the increasing demand for oil in the economic development of various countries, the international competition around the oil development of Kazakhstan has been carried out in an all-round way, and Kazakhstan has become the object of many international power games. In view of this phenomenon, the academic circles mostly carry out the research from Kazakhstan's petroleum policy, but often ignore the study of Kazakhstan as an important oil export subject. This paper analyzes the competitiveness of Kazakh oil enterprises from the perspective of Kazakhstan. It has a strong guiding significance. This paper mainly uses Porter's competitive advantage theory to study the competitiveness of Kazakh oil enterprises and analyze the value chain of Kazakh oil enterprises. After understanding the upper, middle and lower reaches of the oil enterprises of Kazakhstan, we define the forming process of the competitive power of oil enterprises in combination with the characteristics of scarcity of resources, international management, integration management, large-scale operation and technology denseness of oil enterprises. According to the theory of the competitiveness of oil enterprises, combined with the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the oil enterprises of Kazakhstan, we have pointed out the factors that affect the competitiveness of the oil enterprises of Kazakhstan, mainly the factors of technological innovation and human capital. Capital operation factor and information technology factor. According to these influencing factors, we set up an index system for evaluating the competitiveness of Kazakh petroleum enterprises, which includes 4 first-grade indexes and 15 second-class indexes, and establishes the evaluation model of the competitiveness of Harbin petroleum enterprises by using the fuzzy matter-element method. Its competitive power and competitive advantage in the industry are analyzed and evaluated. This paper takes Kazakh petroleum enterprises as the starting point of research, through the analysis of the competitive evaluation system of Kazakh oil enterprises, clearly shows the development level of various aspects of Kazakh oil enterprises. Based on the evaluation results of Kazakh petroleum enterprises with strong development potential but weak innovation ability, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to enhance the competitiveness of Kazakh oil enterprises.
