精益化管理视角下烟草企业财务管理优化路径研究

【摘要】：目前,烟草企业利用精益化管理对企业财务进行管理,旨在降低烟草企业运营成本,优化资源配置,提高资源的利用率,实现企业的最大利润,以便适应当前激烈的企业竞争与时代发展。本文就精益化管理视角下烟草商业企业财务管理存在的问题进行分析,并提出应对策略,以期为烟草企业的持续发展提供一些建议。
[Abstract]:At present, tobacco enterprises use lean management to manage their financial affairs in order to reduce the operating cost of tobacco enterprises, optimize the allocation of resources, improve the utilization of resources, and realize the maximum profit of the enterprises. In order to adapt to the current fierce enterprise competition and the development of the times. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of tobacco commercial enterprises from the perspective of lean management and puts forward some countermeasures in order to provide some suggestions for the sustainable development of tobacco enterprises.
