【摘要】：能源已成为人类赖以生存和经济发展的物质基础。随着我国经济持续深入发展,能源短缺在我国表现尤为突出。为了缓解能源短缺与不断增长的需求之间的矛盾,实施节能降耗是解决能源问题的重要途径。制造业企业在我国国民经济中占有很大比重,是原材料和能源消耗大户,也是实施节能降耗的重要阵地。节能降耗,可以改善我们赖以生存的环境,也可以降低企业运营成本和提高企业经济效益,促进企业良性的可持续发展。但是制造业企业相关的节能降耗绩效评估体系还没有从企业执行层面真正的建立和落实,导致企业对节能实施的水平不能有效的衡量,节能降耗措施及项目实施无计划性和系统性。文章通过对国内外制造业企业的节能降耗政策和措施及其绩效评估体系进行了系统学习和研究,结合BK公司的节能降耗政策和措施及项目进行研究和分析,建立基于平衡计分卡的BK公司节能降耗绩效评估体系,并对照此体系对BK公司2016年的节能降耗做出绩效评估,对评估结果进行分析和研究,提出绩效提升方案,会对BK公司持续系统深入开展节能降耗进行参考和指导,有利于提升制造业行业整体节能降耗水平并提供相关的参考和指导。
[Abstract]:Energy has become the material basis of human survival and economic development. Along with our country economy continues to develop deeply, the energy shortage is especially outstanding in our country. In order to alleviate the contradiction between energy shortage and increasing demand, energy saving is an important way to solve the energy problem. Manufacturing enterprises account for a large proportion of the national economy in our country, which is a major consumer of raw materials and energy consumption, and also an important position for the implementation of energy saving and consumption reduction. Saving energy and reducing consumption can improve the environment on which we live, reduce the operating cost and increase the economic benefit of the enterprise, and promote the benign and sustainable development of the enterprise. However, the performance evaluation system related to energy saving and consumption reduction in manufacturing enterprises has not really been established and implemented from the level of enterprise execution, which leads to the inability of enterprises to measure the level of energy conservation implementation effectively. Energy saving and consumption reduction measures and project implementation is unplanned and systematic. Through the systematic study and research on the domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises' energy saving and consumption reduction policies and measures and their performance evaluation system, combined with the BK company's energy saving and consumption reduction policies and measures and projects, this paper makes a research and analysis. The energy saving performance evaluation system of BK Company based on balanced Scorecard is established, and the performance evaluation of energy saving and consumption reduction in 2016 is made against this system. The evaluation results are analyzed and studied, and the performance improvement scheme is put forward. It will provide reference and guidance for BK Company to carry out energy saving and consumption reduction, which will help to improve the overall level of energy saving and consumption reduction in manufacturing industry and provide relevant reference and guidance.
