长江中游地区能源效率评价研究:与京津冀、长三角和珠三角地区的比较

【摘要】:运用泰尔熵指数对2001~2015年长江中游、京津冀、长三角和珠三角等四大地区能源效率的差异性进行实证研究,之后利用Malmquist生产率指数,对长江中游地区全要素能源效率变动进行分解,并与其他三个地区进行对比分析。研究结果表明:(1)总体能源效率差距和区域间的能源效率差距都呈现出先增后减的趋势,区域间能源效率差距是总体能源效率差的主要构成部分;(2)长江中游区域内部的能源效率差逐渐减小,但仍然高于长三角和珠三角地区;(3)长江中游地区全要素能源效率主要依赖于技术进步。最后根据分析得出结论和启示,制定区域节能战略坚持"求同存异",加大对长江中游地区的政策倾斜力度,加快技术进步,积极进行能源技术创新等。
[Abstract]:The difference of energy efficiency in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta from 2001 to 2015 was studied by using Tyrentropy Index, and then Malmquist productivity index was used. The variation of total factor energy efficiency in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is decomposed and compared with the other three regions. The results show that: (1) the overall energy efficiency gap and the interregional energy efficiency gap show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. The energy efficiency gap between regions is the main component of the overall energy efficiency inefficiency. (2) the energy efficiency gap within the middle reaches of the Yangtze River decreases gradually. But it is still higher than the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. (3) the total factor energy efficiency in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River mainly depends on technological progress. Finally, according to the conclusion and inspiration of the analysis, the regional energy-saving strategy should be formulated to "seek common ground while reserving differences", increase the policy inclination to the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, accelerate the technological progress, and actively carry out the energy technology innovation, etc.
