M公司巴基斯坦冰箱项目投资的财务评价与风险分析

【摘要】：企业在进行重要的项目投资和决策时,除了通常要进行的产品、市场等维度的分析和论证以外,非常重要的一项工作就是项目的在财务上的可行性论证分析,以及在财务可行的基础下,项目需要面对的各类风险因此是否能够得到有效的控制,从而保证项目能够在风险可控的情况下,日常经营能够正常运转,并能沿着企业预想的方向和目标发展。本文研究的是M公司冰箱项目投资在财务方面可行性、项目可能面临的风险、以及是否有效的手段以应对、化解或降低风险,对指导中国家电企业海外投资的研究具有一定的指导意义。为了有效的分析和评价项目的财务状况和风险,本文从以下方面进行阐述:首先:对财务评价和风险分析的理论、概念进行了梳理,从相关财务综合评价体系的指标分析项目、内容、作用及评价标准等方面进行阐述,同时对风险分析概念、作用进行说明,并对风险分析通常包括的风险因素识别、风险分析、风险大小的评价以及风险应对等方面的内容进行研究。其次:对M公司项目投资的基本概况进行了介绍,从项目投资的所面对的各种环境因素及需要的财务回报等方面,分析了财务评价和风险分析的必要性。再次:从投资可行的角度论证M公司冰箱投资项目的可行,通过盈亏平衡分析、敏感性分析等分析论证项目的各项财务指标均达到并超过公司设定的目标,能够给公司带来经济效益,同时能带动公司海外市场和国际化的拓展。最后:对M公司项目投资在日常经营过程中可能遇到的主要风险进行了识别和分析,以判断是否对项目产生重大的影响,同时有针对性提出风险应对的思路、方法和建议。
