澄合二矿资源整合项目可行性研究

【摘要】:为解决原有矿区矿产资源开发不足,扩大本区开采产量等问题,澄合二矿矿产资源整合项目准备进一步扩大二矿三水平煤层的矿产资源的延伸开发,旨在提高整个矿区的资源整体开发水平、矿产企业的集约化开发程度以及风险把控力度,推动澄合二矿矿产资源产量的合理化扩大。从澄合二矿矿产资源开发程度的实际进展程度进行分析,发现资源整合已经在解决产量扩大问题上初见端倪。但是由于是矿产资源企业,尤其是地方性质的煤矿企业,开采范围的局限、开采技术的落后、专业化技术人员的缺失导致本区煤炭资源产量已经进入继续开采的瓶颈。面对着国家能源消费结构的转型调整,资源整合项目无论是对周边熟悉的小型煤矿企业的兼并重组,还是在本矿区进一步深度挖掘,寻找扩大煤炭资源产量的方式,都会面临很大的风险。对矿产资源的整合项目进行可行性研究对于煤炭企业有着非常重要的现实和理论意义。本文在归纳总结国内外已有研究的基础上,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、定性和定量研究相结合的方法对澄合二矿资源整合项目的可行性进行研究。首先通过分析澄合二矿现有矿井的实际情况,生产现状和市场现状,分析了资源整合项目的必要性,其次,通过分析该项目的风险尤其是环境风险,论证了整合项目的安全可行性,并通过分析新水平的开发条件,采区情况,生产辅助系统水平等,得到整合项目在技术上是可行的,最后,通过财务评价对该项目的经济可行性进行了进一步分析,论证了该项目的在经济上是可行的,并以此为基础,制定了澄合二矿资源整合的项目方案,该方案在实现矿区新资源的合理利用和开发;实现资源优化配置;实现企业集约化发展有着一定的参考和借鉴意义,更有利于推进澄合二矿矿产资源开发布局优化,并为地方经济转型带来税费、利润、成本等方面的影响,实现矿产型地区的可持续化发展。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of insufficient exploitation of mineral resources in the original mining area and to expand the mining output in this area, the Chenghe No. 2 Coal Mine Mineral Resources Integration Project is prepared to further expand the extension and development of mineral resources in the third level coal seam of No. 2 Coal Mine. The aim of this paper is to improve the whole exploitation level of the whole mining area, the intensive exploitation degree and the risk control of the mineral enterprises, and to promote the rational expansion of the production of the mineral resources in Chenghe No. 2 Mine. Based on the analysis of the actual progress in the development of mineral resources in Chenghe No. 2 Mine, it is found that the integration of resources has begun to solve the problem of production expansion. However, because of the limitation of mining scope, the backward mining technology and the lack of specialized technicians, the production of coal resources in this area has entered the bottleneck of continuing exploitation because of the limitation of mining scope, the lack of specialized technicians, especially the local coal mining enterprises. In the face of the transformation and adjustment of the national energy consumption structure, no matter whether the resource integration project is the merger and reorganization of the small coal enterprises familiar with the surrounding areas or the further deep mining in this mining area, it is looking for ways to expand the output of coal resources. Will face great risks. The feasibility study on the integration project of mineral resources has very important practical and theoretical significance for coal enterprises. On the basis of summing up the existing research at home and abroad, this paper studies the feasibility of Chenghe No. 2 Mine Resource Integration Project by the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, qualitative and quantitative research. Firstly, the necessity of resource integration project is analyzed by analyzing the actual situation of the existing mine, production status and market situation in Chenghe No. 2 Mine. Secondly, the risk of the project, especially the environmental risk, is analyzed. This paper demonstrates the safety feasibility of the integrated project, and through the analysis of the new level of development conditions, the situation of the mining area, the level of the production auxiliary system and so on, obtains that the integration project is technically feasible, and finally, The economic feasibility of the project is further analyzed through financial evaluation, and it is proved that the project is economically feasible. On the basis of this, the project scheme of resource integration in Chenghe No. 2 Coal Mine is established. This scheme has certain reference and reference significance in realizing rational utilization and development of new resources in mining area, optimizing allocation of resources, realizing intensive development of enterprises, and is more conducive to the optimization of the development layout of mineral resources in Chenghe No. 2 Mine. It also brings the influence of taxes, profits and costs to the local economic transformation, and realizes the sustainable development of mineral regions.
