600MW亚临界机组节能降耗改造研究
[Abstract]:In the opinion on accelerating the Development of Energy Saving and consumption reduction Industry issued by the State Council on August 11, 2013, it is pointed out that the restriction of resources and environment is a prominent contradiction facing the economic and social development of our country at present. To solve the problem of energy saving and consumption reduction is an important and urgent task to expand domestic demand, stabilize growth, adjust structure and build an upgraded version of China's economy. Energy is an important material basis in the process of social development and the lifeblood of the national economy. China is an energy source with coal-fired thermal power generation as the main source of power. Therefore, improving the energy efficiency level of coal-fired units and achieving energy saving and consumption reduction has become a great challenge facing our power industry. In this paper, based on the "implementation of ultra-low emission and energy-saving retrofit scheme for coal-fired power plants", the research is carried out around the energy-saving transformation of 600MW subcritical units. The main research work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the situation of 600MW subcritical unit in A power plant is introduced, and the necessity of energy saving and consumption reduction reform project of sub-critical unit is analyzed, as well as the goal and technical route of energy saving and consumption reduction transformation. Then according to the actual situation from the steam turbine, thermal system, boiler body, boiler auxiliary system, generator, electrical supporting system and other aspects of the corresponding transformation plan. Finally, the energy saving benefit and economic analysis are carried out from four aspects: energy saving benefit, coal saving benefit, capacity increasing benefit and coal saving financial reward income, as well as the impact analysis from three aspects: economic impact, social impact and environmental impact. The purpose of this paper is to help the managers of power generation enterprises to grasp the dynamic information of unit energy efficiency in real time, to guide the relevant personnel to make reasonable adjustment of unit operating parameters, to optimize unit performance, and to fully tap the energy saving potential of coal-fired generating units. Raising the level of energy efficiency in power generation enterprises will bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises.
