SDXY公司员工激励机制研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展,国有企业的人力资源管理工作应当具备国际化的视野和高度,不断吸取国内外先进管理经验的同时,还要打造出符合当前市场和企业自身人力资源管理的相关机制。其中,建立起有效的激励机制是发展和改革国有企业的关键与难点所在。当前,企业之间的竞争则是人才争夺的竞争,人才的去留和储备则是体现企业的激励机制水平。所以,拥有科学有效的激励机制,对于企业的发展至关重要。SDXY为某地市属国有企业,曾是国内家电制造业的龙头企业。然而随着市场竞争日益激烈,企业人力资源的管理逐渐出现问题,使企业员工对企业薪酬、晋升等方面存在不满,直接导致人才的流失,从而影响企业的健康发展。本论文针对该企业问题展开深入的研究。调研了SDXY公司员工人力资源管理现状,深入研究现行的员工管理与激励机制,发现当前公司人力资源管理在薪酬、员工发展、绩效考核和精神激励等方面存在的问题。通过分析以上问题所产生的原因,有针对性地提出增设技能工资、科学规划员工发展、完善考核体系以及加强精神激励等优化方案,从而为公司完善激励机制、优化改进人力资源管理提供参考,帮助企业最大限度地激发员工工作的积极性、主动性和创造性。在提高企业工作效率的前提下,不断促进国企改革增效,使SDXY公司在新市场环境下增强竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the human resource management of state-owned enterprises should have an international vision and height, and constantly absorb the advanced management experience at home and abroad at the same time. But also to create in line with the current market and the enterprise's own human resources management related mechanisms. Among them, establishing effective incentive mechanism is the key and difficulty to develop and reform state-owned enterprises. At present, the competition among enterprises is the competition for talents, and the retention and reserve of talents reflect the level of incentive mechanism of enterprises. Therefore, having a scientific and effective incentive mechanism is very important for the development of enterprises. SDXY is a state-owned enterprise belonging to a certain city, and it was once the leading enterprise in the domestic household appliance manufacturing industry. However, with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the management of enterprise human resources has gradually appeared problems, which makes the employees dissatisfaction with the salary and promotion of the enterprise, which directly leads to the brain drain, thus affecting the healthy development of the enterprise. This thesis aims at the problem of the enterprise. This paper investigates the current situation of human resource management in SDXY Company, deeply studies the current employee management and incentive mechanism, and finds out the problems existing in the current human resource management in the aspects of salary, employee development, performance appraisal and spiritual motivation. By analyzing the causes of the above problems, the author puts forward some optimization schemes, such as setting up skill salary, scientifically planning staff development, perfecting examination system and strengthening spiritual motivation, so as to perfect the incentive mechanism for the company. To optimize and improve human resource management to provide reference to help enterprises to maximize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of staff. Under the premise of improving the working efficiency of enterprises, the reform and efficiency of state-owned enterprises are constantly promoted, so that SDXY can enhance its competitiveness in the new market environment.
