资产全寿命智能物联平台的架构设计与应用前景研究

【摘要】:资产全寿命周期管理自从被引入中国电力企业以来,在降低资产管理成本,提高效益方面展现了巨大的潜力。针对目前尚缺乏合理的、真正覆盖全寿命过程的资产全寿命周期管理平台的架构设计方法,结合快速发展的工业互联网概念及电力企业资产管理实际,设计出一套基于智能物联的资产全寿命管理平台。平台包括实物设备(包括其身份编码),智能识别,数据中心,物联应用及全景视图5个层级。该系统可以为电力企业提供数字物流、预测性检修等极具竞争力的服务模块。该平台有望应用于电力资产管理实际,帮助电力企业在"新常态"中降低成本,提高效益。
[Abstract]:The life cycle management of assets has shown great potential in reducing the cost of asset management and improving the efficiency since it was introduced into China's electric power enterprises. A set of asset life management platform based on intelligent material union is designed. The platform includes 5 levels of physical equipment (including its identity code), intelligent identification, data center, material connection application and panoramic view. This system can provide the power enterprises with the competitive services such as digital logistics, predictive maintenance and so on. The platform is expected to be applied to the practice of power asset management and help power companies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the new normal.
