中国工业劳动生产率收敛性的驱动因素分析——一项基于1999-2014年数据的研究

【摘要】：基于中国跨区域和跨行业劳动生产率收敛异质性的基础上,考察当地政策因素、RD投入强度和员工技能水平对跨区域和跨行业劳动生产率收敛性的驱动影响。结果表明,分区域来看,政府在交通基础设施投入和工资增长方面的经济政策可以促进区域工业劳动生产率的收敛;分行业来看,RD投入促进了行业劳动生产率的收敛,而员工的技术水平对行业劳动生产率收敛的促进作用并不显著,这与低员工技术水平投入的行业更容易利用其落后优势和从技术溢出效应中获益有关。因此,为了缩小地区工业差异和提高工业行业发展效率,政府应该在基础设施建设、最低工资制度执行的监管和提升科学技术水平等方面做出努力。
[Abstract]:Based on the convergence and heterogeneity of cross-regional and cross-industry labor productivity in China, this paper investigates the driving effects of local policy factors, such as R D input intensity and employee skill level, on the convergence of cross-regional and cross-industry labor productivity. The results show that the economic policies of the government in the aspects of transport infrastructure investment and wage growth can promote the convergence of regional industrial labor productivity, and the convergence of industry labor productivity is promoted by sector R D investment. However, the technical level of employees has no significant contribution to the convergence of labor productivity, which is related to the fact that industries with low level of technical input are more likely to take advantage of their backward advantages and benefit from technology spillover effects. Therefore, in order to reduce the regional industrial differences and improve the efficiency of industrial development, the government should make efforts in infrastructure construction, the implementation of the minimum wage system supervision, and raise the level of science and technology.
