高端装备制造企业核心竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:高端装备制造业是我国国民经济发展的支柱性产业,是装备制造业的核心部分和产业价值链的高端环节,然而近些年正面临“双向挤压”的窘境。在我国制造业经济处在转型阵痛期和上台阶时期,提高本土高端装备制造企业核心竞争力是企业发展的战略性问题。高端装备制造企业核心竞争力评价研究具有理论与实践双重意义。本文围绕高端装备制造企业核心竞争力评价而展开。论文第一章绪论部分分析了研究背景,综述了现有研究文献,进而提出了研究问题。第二章是概念界定及核心竞争力理论基础,界定了问题、提供了理论支撑。第三、第四与第五章是论文的主干部分,分析问题及解决问题,依次为高端装备制造企业核心竞争力构成要素分析、高端装备制造企业核心竞争力评价指标体系、高端装备制造企业核心竞争力评价方法及评价模型构建。其中,第三章通过SWOT分析、价值链分析、顾客看中价值分析以及核心竞争力形成过程与活动分析,推演出高端装备制造企业核心竞争力构成要素的一级指标层、二级指标层;在此基础上,研究了高端装备制造企业核心竞争力评价指标体系的初选与修正,并对评价指标体系构建原则简要说明。在确立了高端装备制造企业核心竞争力构成要素、评价指标体系的基础上,进而选择全息雷达图评价方法并构建全息雷达图评价模型,并结合案例企业XS公司进行实证分析,针对性的提出提升核心竞争力的建议。论文结论主要体现在高端装备制造企业核心竞争力内涵、高端装备制造企业核心竞争力评价指标体系、高端装备制造企业核心竞争力评价模型构建。新的探索与贡献主要体现在高端装备制造企业核心竞争力内涵弥补了目前研究的空白;评价指标体系进一步丰富了核心竞争力动态管理理论;高端装备制造企业核心竞争力全息雷达图评价模型,结合三角函数、波形图及Zoom图为多层次、多种类与多信息的复杂性系统评价提供了依据。论文未来研究展望主要为将高端装备制造企业核心竞争力评价指标体系进一步提高针对性及待研究对象的观察期延长,为其核心竞争力培育与提升提供科学的参考依据。
[Abstract]:High-end equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry in the development of our national economy, the core part of the equipment manufacturing industry and the high-end link of the industrial value chain. However, in recent years, it is facing the dilemma of "two-way extrusion". In the period of transition and upswing in the manufacturing economy of our country, it is a strategic problem to improve the core competitiveness of local high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. The research on core competence evaluation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises is of both theoretical and practical significance. This paper focuses on the core competitiveness evaluation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. The first chapter analyzes the research background, summarizes the existing research literature, and puts forward the research problems. The second chapter is the definition of the concept and the theoretical basis of core competitiveness, defining the problem and providing theoretical support. Third, the fourth and fifth chapters are the main part of the paper, analyzing the problems and solving the problems, then analyzing the elements of the core competitiveness of the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, and evaluating the index system of the core competitiveness of the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. Evaluation method and evaluation model of core competence of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. Among them, the third chapter through the SWOT analysis, value chain analysis, customer value analysis and core competitiveness formation process and activity analysis, deduces the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises core competitiveness elements of the first level index layer, secondary index layer; On this basis, the primary selection and revision of the evaluation index system of the core competence of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises are studied, and the construction principles of the evaluation index system are briefly explained. On the basis of establishing the elements of core competitiveness and evaluating index system of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, the paper selects the method of holographic radar image evaluation and constructs a holographic radar image evaluation model. Pertinently put forward the suggestion of improving the core competence. The conclusion is mainly embodied in the connotation of core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, and the construction of evaluation model of core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises. The new exploration and contribution are mainly reflected in the connotation of core competence of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, which make up the gaps in current research, and the evaluation index system further enriches the dynamic management theory of core competence. The evaluation model of holographic radar image for the core competence of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises, combined with trigonometric function, waveform diagram and Zoom diagram, provides the basis for the evaluation of complex systems with multi-level, multi-type and multi-information. The future research prospect of this paper is to further improve the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and extend the observation period of the research object, and provide scientific reference for the cultivation and promotion of core competitiveness of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.
