技术能力对制造业服务化绩效的影响研究

【摘要】:在全球制造业格局重大调整的环境下,传统制造企业为了争取价值链的高端位置,纷纷开始关注产品以外的服务提供并开始把业务延伸到服务领域,“服务化”现象愈来愈热。在我国,制造业服务化是“中国制造2025”国家战略的战略途径之一,也是中国多数传统制造企业摆脱加工制造的低利润环节,建立新竞争优势的又一可行战略。我国制造企业要做的“服务化”是把服务融入制造业,以服务为导向进行产品的生产制造,而不是“去制造”。在这个过程中,产品始终是核心,所有的服务都是围绕产品核心技术的精深和延伸,技术能力是服务化转型的基础,如何依赖技术能力提升制造业服务化绩效是企业面临的难题。因此,基于这些现实背景,本文要研究的问题是:制造企业如何依靠自身的技术能力促进服务化的转型,保证服务化的效果。本文以进行服务化转型的制造企业为研究对象,依据制造业服务化理论和企业能力理论,运用多元回归分析和结构方程模型分析方法,对技术能力与制造业服务化绩效间的关系进行研究。首先,对技术能力、服务创新能力和服务化绩效三个变量的研究文献进行了梳理。然后,通过理论分析阐述了三者之间的关系,并构建了理论模型。接着,根据相关文献确定研究变量的测量指标,并进行预试问卷的设计、分析,最终确定了正式调查问卷,本研究采用Likert五级评分法进行问卷调查。最后,收集到366份有效问卷的数据,运用SPSS23.0和AMOSE17.0统计软件进行数据分析,通过相关分析、回归分析、结构方程模型进行了假设检验。实证研究结果表明:①技术能力正向影响制造业服务化绩效;②技术能力正向促进服务创新能力的提升;③服务创新能力在技术能力与制造业服务化绩效的关系中起部分中介作用,即技术能力可以通过服务创新能力对制造业服务化绩效产生显著的正向影响。本文的研究结果既丰富了服务化理论,又对制造企业进行服务化转型提供可行的理论指导。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of global manufacturing industry adjustment, traditional manufacturing enterprises begin to pay attention to the service supply outside products and extend their business to the service field in order to strive for the high-end position of the value chain. The phenomenon of "service" becomes more and more hot. In China, the service-oriented manufacturing industry is one of the strategic approaches to the national strategy of "made in China 2025". It is also a feasible strategy for most traditional manufacturing enterprises to get rid of the low profit link of processing and manufacturing and to establish new competitive advantages. What Chinese manufacturing enterprises should do is to integrate service into manufacturing, and to manufacture products based on service, not to manufacture. In this process, the product is always the core, all the services are around the product core technology depth and extension, the technical capability is the foundation of the service transformation. How to rely on the technical ability to improve the service performance of manufacturing industry is a difficult problem faced by enterprises. Therefore, based on these realistic background, the problem to be studied in this paper is how to promote the transformation of service by relying on its own technical capability, and to ensure the effect of service. Based on the theory of manufacturing service and the theory of enterprise capability, this paper applies multiple regression analysis and structural equation model analysis method. The relationship between technical capability and service performance of manufacturing industry is studied. First of all, the technical ability, service innovation ability and service performance three variables of research literature were combed. Then, the relationship between the three is explained through theoretical analysis, and a theoretical model is constructed. Then, according to the relevant literature to determine the measurement indicators of the research variables, and pre-test questionnaire design, analysis, the final determination of the formal questionnaire, this study uses the Likert five-level scoring method for the questionnaire survey. Finally, the data of 366 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS23.0 and AMOSE17.0, and the hypothesis was tested by correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model. The empirical results show that the technological capability of 1 positively affects the service performance of the manufacturing industry and the technological capability of the manufacturing industry positively promotes the enhancement of the ability of service innovation. (3) Service innovation ability plays an intermediary role in the relationship between technology capability and service performance of manufacturing industry, that is, technology ability can have a significant positive impact on service performance of manufacturing industry through service innovation ability. The research results of this paper not only enrich the theory of service, but also provide feasible theoretical guidance for the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
