船舶制造过程中工程变更传播的信息协同效果评价研究

【摘要】:众所周知,复杂产品制造业关系着国家安全和国民经济,其竞争能力的强弱将会对国力的兴衰造成直接的影响。船舶作为一种典型的复杂产品,因受到信息技术和经济全球化的双重影响,船舶产品制造业的竞争环境产生了巨大的变革,主要体现在由传统单件小批量的生产方式向多品种、更加个性化的制造方式转变,新的制造方式使得复杂产品在其全生命周期内更容易发生工程变更。因此为了更快地响应变更,尽可能减少程变更带来的损失,有必要对工程变更传播的信息协同模式进行研究,同时更需对变更信息协同效果进行评估,从而为增强船舶产品制造企业的变更信息协同强度提供一种思路。本文首先介绍了船舶产品设计制造全生命周期内发生的工程变更信息协同和工程变更信息协同效果评估的研究现状,发现对变更信息传播的协同模式和变更信息传播的协同效果评估的研究十分有必要。其次详细系统地阐述了协同理论、信息协同度理论、信息生态理论和产品全生命周期理论,从信息生态视角研究工程变更信息传播的协同模式,同时考虑船舶产品全生命周期内变更信息传播的协同效果。接着研究了船舶产品设计制造工程变更传播的信息协同模式,主要分为工程变更信息传播的内部协同模式和工程变更信息传播的外部协同模式,在研究这两种变更信息协同模式以及工程变更信息传播特点的基础上,分析影响变更信息协同效果的因素,并对原有信息协同效果评估的DSCC方法提出改进措施,并根据新改进的度量方法建立评估指标体系,依据该体系建立工程变更信息传播的协同效果评估模型,并对外部变更信息协同的效果进行度量。最后,以CX船厂为例验证该评估模型的可行性和有效性,可计算得出该船厂的变更信息协同度,识别影响变更信息传播协同效果的因素,可增强该船厂对工程变更信息的管理能力。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the manufacturing of complex products is related to national security and national economy, and the strength of its competitive power will have a direct impact on the rise and fall of national strength. As a typical complex product, because of the dual influence of information technology and economic globalization, the competitive environment of shipbuilding product manufacturing industry has brought great changes, mainly reflected in the traditional single-piece small batch production mode to many varieties. The more individualized manufacturing mode is changed, and the new manufacturing mode makes complex products more prone to engineering change in their whole life cycle. Therefore, in order to respond to the change more quickly and minimize the loss caused by the process change, it is necessary to study the information coordination mode of engineering change communication and evaluate the effect of the information coordination. Thus, it provides a way to enhance the cooperative strength of change information in shipbuilding enterprises. This paper first introduces the research status of engineering change information coordination and engineering change information coordination evaluation in the whole life cycle of ship product design and manufacture. It is found that it is necessary to study the cooperative mode of change information communication and the evaluation of cooperative effect of change information communication. Secondly, the theory of collaboration, the theory of information synergy, the theory of information ecology and the theory of whole product life cycle are elaborated in detail, and the cooperative mode of information communication of engineering change is studied from the perspective of information ecology. At the same time, the cooperative effect of the change information dissemination in the whole life cycle of ship product is considered. Secondly, the information coordination mode of ship product design and manufacturing engineering change communication is studied, which is divided into the internal coordination mode of engineering change information communication and the external collaborative mode of engineering change information communication. On the basis of studying the two modes of change information coordination and the characteristics of engineering change information dissemination, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the effect of change information coordination, and puts forward some improvement measures for the original DSCC method for evaluating the effect of information coordination. The evaluation index system is established according to the new improved measurement method, and the cooperative effect evaluation model of engineering change information dissemination is established according to this system, and the effect of external change information coordination is measured. Finally, taking CX shipyard as an example to verify the feasibility and validity of the evaluation model, we can calculate the coordination degree of the change information of the shipyard and identify the factors that affect the synergistic effect of the dissemination of the change information. It can enhance the management ability of the shipyard to the engineering change information.
