员工心理管理在基层供电企业管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:企业的生存和发展离不开员工,员工是企业的核心竞争力,员工队伍素质直接影响着整个企业未来。许多研究表明,企业员工的工作绩效,不仅与个人能力和企业硬性管理有关,也与个人的情绪状态、性格特点等心理因素有关,员工心理状况和心理健康水平决定着工作行为,影响工作绩效。从“心理层面”管理员工,引导员工以健康热情积极的心理投入到工作中,可以给企业带来无穷的隐形效益。因此,重视员工心理管理在现代企业管理中的作用,将心理管理理论融入企业管理实践,对企业生存和发展有着重要意义。县级供电企业是电力系统中基层的单位,是整个系统安全生产和稳定运行的根基,他们的工作绩效,直接影响着整个电力系统的运行效率和质量。随着电力体制改革推进,企业内外部环境变化,利益格局不断调整,基层员工生活工作受到影响。据调查研究,近几年,越来越多基层员工感到,工作和生活压力不断增加,身心负重,各种心理问题逐渐浮出。心理产生的不适,无形影响着员工情绪状态和工作行为,制约企业发展。有效地对基层员工心理管理,维护基层员工心理健康,对电力企业发展稳定至关重要。本文充分阐述了有效的员工心理管理,对企业发展的意义和积极作用,在学习查阅国内外心理管理学相关理论基础上,采用问卷调查和个别现场访谈的方式,对当前县级供电企业员工心理状态进行实证调查,收集了员工心理状况相关数据,并据此分析员工心理问题产生原因及影响因素,借助心理管理学相关理论,从企业和员工层面提出相应的解决对策。从县级供电企业员工心理管理视角,研究将心理管理理论融入企业管理,利用员工个性特点和心理需求,改善员工心理状态,从而改变工作行为,提高工作绩效,对提升管理效率,促进企业健康发展具有现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:The survival and development of enterprises can not be separated from employees, employees are the core competitiveness of the enterprise, the quality of the staff directly affects the future of the whole enterprise. Many studies have shown that the work performance of employees is not only related to their personal ability and firm management, but also to their emotional state, personality and other psychological factors. Their psychological status and mental health level determine their work behavior. Affect job performance. Managing employees from the psychological level and guiding them to work with healthy enthusiasm and positive psychology can bring endless hidden benefits to enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance for the survival and development of an enterprise to pay attention to the role of psychological management in modern enterprise management and to integrate the theory of psychological management into the practice of enterprise management. County power supply enterprises are the basic units in the power system, which is the foundation of the safe production and stable operation of the whole system. Their performance directly affects the operation efficiency and quality of the whole power system. With the reform of electric power system, the internal and external environment of the enterprise changes, the pattern of interests is constantly adjusted, and the life and work of grass-roots employees are affected. According to the investigation and research, in recent years, more and more grass-roots employees feel that the pressure of work and life is increasing, the body and mind bear weight, and various psychological problems appear gradually. Psychological discomfort, intangible affect the emotional state and work behavior of employees, restricting the development of enterprises. It is very important for the development and stability of electric power enterprises to effectively manage and maintain the psychological health of grass-roots employees. This article fully elaborated the effective staff psychological management, the significance and the positive function to the enterprise development, in the study consults the domestic and foreign psychology management related theory foundation, uses the questionnaire survey and the individual spot interview way, This paper makes an empirical investigation on the psychological state of the employees in the county-level power supply enterprises, collects the relevant data of the psychological status of the employees, and analyzes the causes and influencing factors of the psychological problems of the employees, with the help of the theory of psychological management. Put forward the corresponding solution from the enterprise and employee level. From the perspective of psychological management of employees in county-level power supply enterprises, this paper studies the integration of psychological management theory into enterprise management, and makes use of the personality characteristics and psychological needs of employees to improve the psychological state of employees, so as to change their work behavior and improve their work performance. It is of practical significance to improve the efficiency of management and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
