新型城镇化建设与建筑业协同发展研究

【摘要】：目前,我国城镇化进程不断加快,城镇的人口数量不断增加,规模也在不断扩大。新型城镇化要求着重提升质量,要将生态发展理念作为主线,坚持将资源节约和环境保护作为原则,努力营造一个资源节约、生态文明、社会和谐、可持续发展的新局面。党和国家将新型城镇化当作一个新的发展战略,它是我国在未来五年、十年,甚至更长一段时间里,国家发展的一个主题。建筑业对我国国民经济的发展具有不可忽视的作用。新型城镇化背景下,对建筑业提出来了新的要求。推动新型城镇化建设与建筑业协同发展越来越引起来专家学者们的关注。文章首先阐述了新型城镇化建设与建筑业相关的基础性理论知识,结合当前新型城镇化建设与建筑业发展的现状,对新型城镇化建设与建筑业协同发展的关系进行分析。在此基础上,运用协同学理论和灰色系统理论,分别构建了新型城镇化建设灰色系统模型以及建筑业灰色系统模型。同时,通过灰色度选取的指标进行筛选,建立新型城镇化建设与建筑业发展函数,为建立新型城镇化建设与建筑业协调度模型服务。然后,运用模型,以安徽省为例,收集安徽省2000年到2015年十五年期间新型城镇化建设系统14个指标的相关数据以及建筑业系统12个指标的相关数据,对这些相关数据进行处理和分析,得到安徽省新型城镇化建设系统与建筑业系统的序参量,并依次计算得到新型城镇化建设系统和建筑业系统的发展函数值以及协调度值,根据计算结果做出安徽省新型城镇化建设系统与建筑业系统发展函数图以及协调度图,对结果进行分析,找出可能存在的一系列问题。最后,基于理论分析和实证分析,对文章的结论进行总结,同时从新型城镇化建设与建筑业两个方面提出相应的对策建议,为促进新型城镇化建设与建筑业协同发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, the process of urbanization in China is accelerating, the population of cities and towns is increasing and the scale is expanding. The new urbanization demands to improve the quality, take the concept of ecological development as the main line, insist on the conservation of resources and environmental protection as the principle, and strive to create a new situation of resource saving, ecological civilization, social harmony and sustainable development. The Party and the country regard the new urbanization as a new development strategy, which is the theme of the development of our country in the next five years, ten years, or even a longer period of time. The construction industry plays an important role in the development of our national economy. Under the new urbanization background, put forward the new request to the construction industry. To promote the construction of new-type urbanization and the coordinated development of the construction industry is attracting more and more attention of experts and scholars. This paper first expounds the basic theoretical knowledge between the new urbanization construction and the construction industry, and analyzes the relationship between the new type urbanization construction and the construction industry coordinated development according to the current situation of the new type urbanization construction and the construction industry development. On this basis, using the theory of Synergetics and grey system theory, the grey system model of new urbanization construction and the construction industry grey system model are constructed respectively. At the same time, by selecting the index of grey degree, the function of new type urbanization construction and construction industry development is established, which serves for the establishment of coordination degree model between new type urbanization construction and construction industry. Then, using the model, taking Anhui Province as an example, we collect the relevant data of 14 indicators of the new urbanization construction system and 12 indicators of the construction system in Anhui Province from 2000 to 2015. By processing and analyzing these related data, the order parameters of the new urbanization construction system and the construction system in Anhui Province are obtained, and the development function value and the coordination degree value of the new urbanization construction system and the construction industry system are calculated in turn. According to the calculation results, the development function diagram and coordination degree diagram of the new urbanization construction system and the construction system in Anhui Province are made, and the results are analyzed, and a series of possible problems are found out. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper summarizes the conclusions of the article, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the two aspects of the new urbanization construction and the construction industry, so as to provide a reference for promoting the new type urbanization construction and the construction industry coordinated development.
