Q造船公司生产运作策略研究

【摘要】:全球经济的持续低迷,它给造船业带来非常严重的影响。造船业对国民经济发挥举足轻重的作用。它不仅促进国内劳动力市场,而且增加外贸进出口总额。随着造船业市场的激烈竞争,Q造船公司迫切需要优化生产运作策略,降低成本和提高生产力来提高核心竞争力。本文基于精益生产原理、船体建造理论,结合现代精益造船的经营理念,运用价值流图来消除船体制作的无效作业时间,实现现代造船厂分段制造的准时制生产管理和成组技术相结合。本文主要分析了Q造船公司生产流程的瓶颈,提出精益生产以及成组技术的解决方案。最后,为了消除船体制作的浪费时间,精益造船的关键点是通过拉动式计划实现平面流水线生产和曲型分段虚拟流水线生产;通过对整个造船流程的优化和精益生产的持续改进,我们已经取得了以进一步降低船体分段中间产品的数量来提高了造船生产效率的效果。本文研究对于传统造船厂降低船舶中间产品库存量,缩短生产周期和提高生产效率有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:The global economy continues to be depressed, it brings very serious influence to shipbuilding industry. Shipbuilding plays an important role in the national economy. It not only promotes the domestic labor market, but also increases the total import and export of foreign trade. With the fierce competition in shipbuilding market, Shipbuilding Company urgently needs to optimize production operation strategy, reduce cost and improve productivity to improve core competitiveness. Based on lean production principle, hull construction theory and modern lean shipbuilding management concept, this paper uses value flow graph to eliminate invalid working time of hull making. Realize the modern shipyard segment manufacturing on-time production management and the combination of group technology. This paper mainly analyzes the bottleneck of Q shipbuilding company's production process, and puts forward the solution of lean production and group technology. Finally, in order to eliminate the waste of time in shipbuilding, the key point of lean shipbuilding is to realize the production of plane assembly line and curved segment virtual assembly line through pull planning. Through the optimization of the whole shipbuilding process and the continuous improvement of lean production, we have achieved the effect of improving the efficiency of shipbuilding production by further reducing the number of intermediate products in hull segments. This paper has some reference significance for the traditional shipyard to reduce the inventory of intermediate products, shorten the production cycle and improve the production efficiency.
