电站锅炉制造企业战略规划中GE矩阵与战略地图的综合应用研究

【摘要】：首先介绍了电站锅炉制造企业产品多元化的背景、研究使用的GE矩阵和战略地图相关理论和方法,然后在该电站锅炉制造企业战略规划制定过程中应用了德尔菲法等构建了GE矩阵,详细阐述了各业务的战略选择和具体的措施,最后在战略目标明确的基础上,通过战略地图的绘制,给出战略的实施、落地措施和详细的考核指标,较好的将公司的战略目标转化为全员参与的战略行动。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the background of product diversification in power plant boiler manufacturing enterprise is introduced, and the relevant theories and methods of GE matrix and strategic map are studied. Then the GE matrix is constructed by using Delphi method in the process of making strategic planning of boiler manufacturing enterprises in the power station. The strategic choice and specific measures of each business are elaborated in detail. Finally, on the basis of clear strategic objectives, Through the drawing of the strategic map, the implementation of the strategy, the landing measures and the detailed assessment index are given. The strategic goal of the company can be transformed into the strategic action in which all the personnel participate.
