能源合作在“一带一路”建设中的引领示范作用

【摘要】：过去20多年来,"一带一路"沿线国家一直是我国国际能源合作的主战场,在对外投资中形成了比较好的基础,能源合作在"一带一路"建设中拥有先发优势。展望未来,"一带一路"沿线各国能源资源丰富,经济发展互补性强,合作潜力和空间巨大,能源合作依然大有可为。但也要看到"一带一路"能源合作中存在着地缘政治、政策变动、价格波动、依法合规等风险,我国能源企业的国际化能力也亟待提升。需要继续保持并充分利用先发优势,发挥引领示范作用,企业要积极适应新变化,政府要推进"五通"策略,不断深化国际能源合作,打造能源丝绸之路和能源区域命运共同体。
[Abstract]:In the past 20 years, the countries along "Belt and Road" have been the main battlefield of China's international energy cooperation, which has formed a good foundation in overseas investment, and energy cooperation has the advantage of first development in the construction of "Belt and Road". Looking forward to the future, the countries along the "Belt and Road" route are rich in energy resources, highly complementary to each other in economic development, and have huge potential and space for cooperation. However, there are some risks in Belt and Road's energy cooperation, such as geopolitics, policy change, price fluctuation, compliance according to law, etc. We need to continue to maintain and make full use of the first-mover advantage and play a leading and exemplary role, enterprises should actively adapt to the new changes, and the government should promote the "five links" strategy and continuously deepen international energy cooperation. Build energy silk road and energy regional destiny community.
