XZ建筑集团第二工程公司资本结构优化研究

【摘要】：资本结构决策是企业财务管理的核心问题之一,其探究的是公司资金的获取渠道与其所占权重。资本结构的优化及改进与企业价值高度相关联,完善资本结构,促进提升企业价值与效益,向来是资本结构领域备受关注的研究论题。本文对XZ建设集团第二工程公司的资本结构优化问题进行了较为详尽的研究。建筑业在我国已经进入了一个机遇和挑战并存的发展期。对建筑业上市公司的资本结构进行研究尤为重要,这样不仅有利于对其融资行为进行规范,还有利于提高该行业的核心竞争力,进而也可以提高我国建筑业上市公司承担风险的内在能力。本文致力于通过对研究现状的把握,深入分析问题,进而通过借鉴国内外成功经验,有针对性地提出科学的、符合XZ建设集团第二工程公司资本结构优化的有效对策。论文首先界定了资本结构的内涵,进而以企业价值最大化为终极目标导引,在当前普遍存在的大股东和内部人控制以及企业的融资决策目标发生偏离的背景下,诠释理想的资本结构优化结果应符合的特征。论文选取XZ建筑集团第二工程公司资本结构问题进行探究,在对XZ建筑集团第二工程公司的资本结构现状及问题进行详细介绍和剖析的基础上,从公司规模、资本结构、营业收入的增长率和稳定性、所有者及经营者所持态度、财务状况和信用等级等层面系统分析资本结构的影响因素,进而设计出XZ建筑集团第二工程公司资本结构的优化措施与路径。
[Abstract]:The capital structure decision is one of the core problems in the financial management of enterprises. The optimization and improvement of capital structure is closely related to the value of enterprise. Perfecting the capital structure and promoting the value and benefit of enterprise has always been a subject of great concern in the field of capital structure. In this paper, the capital structure optimization of the second Engineering Company of XZ Construction Group is studied in detail. Construction industry in our country has entered an opportunity and challenge co-development period. It is particularly important to study the capital structure of listed companies in the construction industry, which is not only conducive to standardizing their financing behavior, but also conducive to improving the core competitiveness of the industry. Furthermore, it can also improve the inherent ability of listed companies in construction industry to take risks. This paper is devoted to analyzing the problems deeply through grasping the present research situation, and then, by drawing lessons from the successful experience at home and abroad, puts forward some effective countermeasures to optimize the capital structure of the second Engineering Company in accordance with XZ Construction Group. Firstly, the paper defines the connotation of capital structure, and then takes the maximization of enterprise value as the ultimate goal guide, under the background of the prevailing large shareholder and insider control and the deviation of enterprise financing decision goal. Interprets the ideal capital structure optimization result should accord with the characteristic. On the basis of introducing and analyzing the present situation and problems of the second engineering company of XZ construction group in detail, the paper selects the capital structure of the second engineering company of the XZ construction group to carry on the research, from the company scale, the capital structure. The growth rate and stability of operating income, the attitude of owners and operators, the financial situation and credit rating are systematically analyzed to analyze the influencing factors of capital structure, Furthermore, the optimization measures and paths of the capital structure of the second Engineering Company of XZ Architectural Group are designed.
