新能源并网下兼顾经济效益与环境保护的跨省购电计划研究

【摘要】:在大规模新能源并网条件下,制定合理的购电计划可以降低购电成本,减少对环境的污染。从经济效益和环境保护两个方面考虑,计及电网安全稳定运行约束以及各输电断面输电能力的约束,构建了以购电成本最小和污染气体排放量最小为目标函数的兼顾经济效益与环境保护的多目标购电计划优化模型。基于该模型,引入了层次分析法确定各目标的权重,通过对各目标无量纲化处理,将多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题,并利用粒子群算法进行优化求解。文章以实际电网为例进行了算例的计算分析,验证了模型的有效性与可行性。
[Abstract]:Under the condition that large-scale new energy is connected to the grid, making a reasonable plan of purchasing electricity can reduce the cost of purchasing electricity and reduce the pollution to the environment. Considering the two aspects of economic benefit and environmental protection, considering the safety and stability of power network operation constraints and transmission capacity constraints of each transmission section, A multi-objective power purchase plan optimization model which takes the minimum cost of electricity purchase and the minimum emission of polluting gas as objective function is constructed, which takes both economic benefits and environmental protection into account. Based on this model, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced to determine the weight of each target. By dimensionless processing, the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single-objective optimization problem, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem. This paper takes the actual power grid as an example to carry out the calculation and analysis, and verifies the validity and feasibility of the model.
