【摘要】："十三五"国家战略性新兴产业发展规划重点颁发了69个重大任务。关于半导体产业的发展,规划已经宣布:关键芯片的设计、存储、封测、显示将是下一步重点加强领域。这意味着,这些领域将会是继半导体晶圆制造以后的下一个投资热点。
[Abstract]:The National Strategic emerging Industry Development Plan of the Thirteenth five-year Plan has issued 69 major tasks. With regard to the development of the semiconductor industry, plans have been announced: key chip design, storage, closed testing, and display will be the next priority areas for strengthening. This means that these areas will be the next investment hotspot after semiconductor wafer manufacturing.
