战略变革背景下组织变革信心的构建过程研究

【摘要】:本文运用案例研究方法,以中国化学工程S公司的战略变革过程为研究对象,系统地描述了战略变革过程中企业家信心和组织变革信心的作用,以及组织变革信心(集体效能感)的构建过程。研究结果发现:企业家信心是企业发起战略变革的重要因素。在战略变革中组织集体效能感的构建过程表现为形成-强化过程:变革初期,沟通说服是初始集体效能感形成的关键机制;随着变革的推进,绩效正反馈促进了集体效能感的强化。本研究可为战略变革背景下企业如何调动员工变革积极性提供参考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the role of entrepreneur confidence and organizational confidence in the process of strategic change is systematically described by using the case study method and taking the process of strategic change of China Chemical Engineering S Company as the research object. And organizational change confidence (collective efficacy) construction process. The results show that entrepreneurial confidence is an important factor for enterprises to initiate strategic change. In the process of strategic change, the process of building organizational collective efficacy is formation-strengthening process: in the early stage of change, communication and persuasion is the key mechanism for the formation of initial collective efficacy. Positive performance feedback promotes the enhancement of collective efficacy. This study can provide a reference for enterprises how to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff change under the background of strategic change.
