开发性金融在境外基础设施建设项目中的引领作用——基于老挝南欧江全流域梯级电站开发项目的案例研究

【摘要】：本文采取案例研究的方法与形式,通过揭示国家开发银行在成功支持老挝南欧江全流域梯级电站开发项目实施过程中,在项目孵化、信用建设、市场建设等不同层次上所采取的具体措施,阐述了开发性金融是如何在境外基础设施建设项目融资上发挥引领作用的。
[Abstract]:This paper adopts the method and form of case study to reveal that the China Development Bank has successfully supported the implementation of the cascade hydropower station development project in the whole river basin of southern Europe in Laos, and has been carrying out the project incubation and credit construction. This paper expounds how the development finance plays a leading role in the financing of overseas infrastructure construction projects.
