“华龙一号”示范工程项目前期文件形成特点及管理对策

【摘要】：核电项目前期文件是指核电工程开工以前在立项、审批、招投标、勘察、设计以及工程准备过程中形成的文件。本文以福清核电"华龙一号"示范工程项目前期文件为例,介绍项目前期文件形成特点,并谈谈项目前期文件管理的几点对策。
[Abstract]:Prophase documents of nuclear power projects refer to the documents formed in the process of establishing, approving, bidding, surveying, designing and preparing for the construction of nuclear power projects prior to the commencement of the project. Taking the Prophase document of "Hualong No.1" demonstration Project of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant as an example, this paper introduces the characteristics of the pre-project document formation, and discusses some countermeasures for the pre-project document management.
