国外汽车产业商业模式比较研究

【摘要】：新车销售、汽车金融、二手车是当前汽车产业的三个主要板块,我国的汽车产业在新车销售方面逐渐走向成熟,但仍存在有待完善的方面;而在汽车金融、二手车方面仍处于起步阶段,因此借鉴汽车产业发达国家的经验对于国内汽车产业商业模式的优化具有积极意义。本文将分别比较分析欧、美、日的汽车企业在三个主要板块方面的发展模式及特点,为国内相关商业模式的改进提供参考。
[Abstract]:New car sales, auto finance and used car are the three main sectors of the current automobile industry. The automobile industry in our country is gradually maturing in the new car sales, but there are still some aspects to be improved. However, in automobile finance, second-hand car is still in its infancy, so it is of positive significance to optimize the commercial model of domestic automobile industry by using the experience of developed countries for reference. This paper compares and analyzes the development patterns and characteristics of European, American and Japanese automobile enterprises in three main sectors, and provides a reference for the improvement of domestic related business models.
