SJ公司人力资源规划与执行保障研究

【摘要】:当代公司管理是以人为中心的管理,人是知识、信息、技术等资源的载体,因此人力资源可以称的上是公司最珍贵的资源。在现代公司管理中,人力资源规划越来越显示出其重要作用。本研究主要是针对SJ公司人力资源管理规划的当前状况以及存在的一些不足进行研究讨论,找出解决的办法,对SJ公司的人力资源规划工作进行进一步的优化改进。本文分为五部分。基于人力资源规划理论,在对国内外研究成果进行回顾后客观阐述SJ公司人力资源及其管理现状,并对SJ公司人力资源规划的环境进行分析。在明确了SJ公司人力资源规划的原则和目标之后,对SJ公司人力资源需求和供给情况进行了预测,在此基础上从人才招聘规划,培训开发规划,考核与激励规划,人力资源流动规划,企业文化规划五个方面提出了SJ公司人力资源规划的具体内容。最后提出了SJ公司人力资源战略规划的执行与保障,关于规划的执行步骤主要从为规划的实施提供群众基础和支持力量,制定更具体更可行的实施计划,提升规划执行力,规划评价机制,确保战略规划实施和战略调整等方面展开论述,关于SJ公司人力资源管理战略规划的保障措施主要从技术保障、制度保障、沟通保障、文化保障四个方面展开论述。
[Abstract]:Contemporary corporate management is people-centered management, human is the carrier of knowledge, information, technology and other resources, so human resources can be said to be the most precious resources of the company. In the modern company management, the human resources planning has shown its important function more and more. The purpose of this study is to study and discuss the current situation and shortcomings of human resource management planning in SJ Company, find out the solution, and further optimize and improve the human resource planning work of SJ Company. This paper is divided into five parts. Based on the theory of human resource planning, after reviewing the research results at home and abroad, this paper objectively expounds the present situation of human resources and its management in SJ Company, and analyzes the environment of human resource planning of SJ Company. After clarifying the principles and objectives of human resource planning in SJ Company, the demand and supply of human resources in SJ Company are forecasted. On this basis, talent recruitment planning, training and development planning, assessment and incentive planning are discussed. Human resource flow planning and corporate culture planning are discussed in this paper. The specific contents of human resource planning of SJ are put forward. Finally, the paper puts forward the implementation and guarantee of human resources strategic planning of SJ company. The implementation steps of the plan mainly include providing the mass foundation and supporting force for the implementation of the plan, making more concrete and feasible implementation plan, and improving the execution ability of the plan. Planning evaluation mechanism, ensuring the implementation of strategic planning and strategic adjustment and other aspects of the SJ human resources management strategic planning security measures, mainly from technical support, system security, communication protection, Four aspects of cultural security are discussed.
