【摘要】：正"十三五"期间,中国船舶工业系统工程研究院(以下简称"研究院")按照"统筹规划、突出重点、需求导向、创新开发、整合资源、确保安全"的要求,顺应并融入数字档案室建设的大局,积极开展数字档案室建设工作,逐步实现了档案收集、管理、保存和利用工作的现代化、网络化、一体化。明确目标随着档案事业的不断发展,研究院越来越清醒地认识到:在推进国家网络强国建设和大数据战略背景下,建设数字档案室是数字时代或者说大数据时代档案室的
