基于复杂网络的煤矿员工不安全行为传播与控制

【摘要】:自2005年以来,煤矿企业事故发生起数及死亡人数均呈现下降趋势,但是煤炭行业中仍有重特大恶性事故发生。根据国内外大量统计资料表明,煤炭企业安全生产事故发生的主要原因是员工的不安全行为,而员工的不安全行为在实际工作中是相互影响,相互传播的,而这种传播行为进一步扩大了煤矿安全隐患的存在。在煤矿安全生产中,员工自身的安全知识和技能水平、安全意识等自身因素,企业安全氛围、安全规章制度、群体其他成员影响程度等外部因素都对煤矿员工不安全行为传播有一定的影响。因此,本选题基于煤矿实际的安全生产管理现状,对煤矿员工的不安全行为传播问题进行系统性的研究,了解清楚煤矿员工不安全行为传播的影响因素及传播网络的基本情况,对于控制煤矿员工不安全行为的传播尤为重要。本研究的核心部分首先根据阅读相关文献资料设计煤矿员工不安全行为传播影响因素的访谈提纲,并根据访谈结果设计煤矿员工不安全行为传播影响因素的调查问卷。根据收集整理的调研数据运用SPSS20.0和AMOS21.0对煤矿员工不安全行为传播的影响因素进行定量分析,构建煤矿员工不安全行为传播及其各类影响因素的结构方程模型,验证各类影响因素与煤矿员工不安全行为传播的相关性假设。第二是通过群体行为学分析煤矿员工不安全行为传播网络的复杂性,并运用Matlab软件通过仿真构建基于小世界网络模型的煤矿员工不安全行为传播网络,根据所构建网络的特征值确定煤矿员工不安全行为传播网络具有小世界特性。最后,将煤矿员工不安全行为传播网络中所涉及的不安全行为传播者的影响力、不安全行为接受者的接受能力等参数带入到模型中,对煤矿员工不安行为传播进行仿真与分析。第三是通过对煤矿员工不安全行为传播网络模型的仿真与分析结果,基于煤矿员工不安全行为传播影响因素与行为矫正理论提出煤矿员工不安全行为传播控制措施。最后是总结研究结果,给出合理化建议。
[Abstract]:Since 2005, the number of accidents and the number of deaths in coal enterprises have declined, but there are still some serious and serious accidents in the coal industry. According to a large number of statistical data at home and abroad, the main cause of coal enterprise safety accidents is the unsafe behavior of employees, and the unsafe behavior of employees affects and spreads with each other in actual work. And this kind of spread behavior further expands the existence of the hidden danger of coal mine safety. In the coal mine safety production, the staff own safety knowledge and skill level, the safety consciousness and so on own factor, the enterprise safety atmosphere, the safety rules and regulations, Other external factors, such as the degree of influence of other members of the group, have a certain impact on the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees. Therefore, based on the actual situation of coal mine safety production management, this paper systematically studies the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees, and understands the influencing factors of the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees and the basic situation of the communication network. It is particularly important to control the spread of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees. The core part of this study is to design the interview outline of the influencing factors of unsafe behavior communication of coal mine employees according to the reading of relevant documents, and design the questionnaire of influencing factors of unsafe behavior communication of coal mine employees according to the interview results. According to the survey data collected and collated, the factors influencing the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees are quantitatively analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0, and the structural equation model of the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees and its various influencing factors is constructed. Verify the correlation hypothesis between various influencing factors and the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees. The second is to analyze the complexity of the communication network of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees through group behavior, and use Matlab software to construct the communication network of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees based on small-world network model. According to the characteristic value of the constructed network, it is determined that the communication network of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees has the characteristics of small world. Finally, the influence of unsafe behavior communicator and the acceptance ability of unsafe behavior are brought into the model to simulate and analyze the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees. Thirdly, through the simulation and analysis of the network model of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees, based on the influencing factors of the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees and the theory of behavior correction, the measures to control the transmission of unsafe behavior of coal mine employees are put forward. Finally, it summarizes the research results and gives some reasonable suggestions.
