基于SEM模型和博弈分析的建筑工业化激励机制研究

【摘要】:建筑业对我国GDP有直接影响,然而当前我国建筑业产值利润率相比于其他工业明显偏低,建筑生产方式仍属于粗放式生产,传统建造方式造成高能耗、高污染、建筑寿命短以及劳动生产率偏低等问题。由此,国家及各地政府近年来积极推行众多政策,工业化评价标准及各省的规范标准也先后发布,并将“推动建筑工业化”归入十三五规划。在此背景下,本文通过研究我国建筑工业化驱动影响因素,从不同利益主体的动机出发,研究激励机制机理,制定适合国情的激励机制和激励策略。本文首先对建筑工业化发展现状、建筑工业化影响因素、演化博弈理论和激励机制的国内外研究现状进行文献总结和整理分析。在提出激励政策理论分析框架的基础上,分别研究激励要素、激励强度和激励内容。从行为理论和供求关系的角度选取“企业维度”、“消费者维度”和“产品性能”三个维度作为研究分类的主线,选取变量并提出假设,构建建筑工业化驱动因素结构模型。再对模型中的变量设计调查问卷,对企业和消费者分别进行调查。经实证确认了对建筑工业化驱动的正相关因素及因素间的关系,理论分析和实证研究相结合为激励政策的提出提供支持。基于模型的三个维度,提取建筑工业化驱动因素模型的重要市场主体——即政府、开发商和消费者。建立政府和开发商、政府和消费者以及三者的的博弈模型,将定量研究和定性分析相结合,再次验证激励的必要性并确定了激励力度,为设计激励机制提供基础。最后从经济、消费、技术和管理四个方面确立激励机制并为政府、企业和消费者提出激励策略。
[Abstract]:The construction industry has a direct impact on China's GDP. However, the profit margin of China's construction industry is obviously lower than that of other industries, the construction production mode is still extensive production, and the traditional construction mode causes high energy consumption and high pollution. Short construction life and low labor productivity and other problems. Therefore, in recent years, the government of our country and other regions have actively carried out many policies, and the evaluation standard of industrialization and the standard of each province have been issued successively, and "promoting the industrialization of buildings" has been classified as the 13th Five-Year Plan. Under this background, this paper studies the driving factors of construction industrialization in China, starting from the motivation of different stakeholders, studies the mechanism of incentive mechanism, and formulates the incentive mechanism and incentive strategy suitable for the national conditions. Firstly, this paper summarizes and analyzes the status quo of the development of architectural industrialization, the influencing factors of architectural industrialization, the evolutionary game theory and the incentive mechanism at home and abroad. On the basis of theoretical analysis framework of incentive policy, incentive elements, incentive intensity and incentive content are studied respectively. From the angle of behavior theory and supply and demand relationship, three dimensions of "enterprise dimension", "consumer dimension" and "product performance" are selected as the main line of research classification, and variables are selected and hypotheses are put forward to construct the structural model of the driving factors of construction industrialization. Then the variables in the model design questionnaire, enterprises and consumers were investigated. The positive correlation factors and the relationship between the positive factors and the factors driven by construction industrialization are confirmed empirically. The combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research provides support for the proposal of incentive policies. Based on the three dimensions of the model, the important market agents of the driving factor model of construction industrialization are extracted, that is, government, developer and consumer. The game model of government, developer, government and consumer is established, which combines quantitative research with qualitative analysis, verifies the necessity of incentive again and determines the incentive force, which provides the basis for designing incentive mechanism. Finally, the incentive mechanism is established from the four aspects of economy, consumption, technology and management, and the incentive strategy is put forward for the government, enterprises and consumers.
