山西省电力公司同业对标评价与分析子系统的设计与开发

【摘要】:同业对标是指通过一些既定的可量化的指标,在同类企业之间进行对比,通过指标得分的高低,对企业的经营、生产、效益等多个方面进行评价,从而分析优劣势,以促进企业发展。伴随着社会的进步、科技的发展,企业管理水平的提升,企业之间的竞争不断加剧,想要在激烈的竞争中生存,必须充分了解行业形势及自身的优劣势,提高自身生产经营水平。从而各行业逐步开始了行业内及行业间的对标,但是随着其对标范围的扩大,实际工作中出现了如下问题:信息化程度较低,数据的时效性、准确性和共享性较差,工作效率较低;对标分析不统一,缺乏专业的分析诊断平台,分析方法简单,各级同业对标工作人员工作水平参差不齐,严重制约同业对标总体分析诊断水平。从而需要通过信息化手段,高效完成经营指标、生产指标等数据的对标分析,建设同业对标系统是解决问题的有效方式,因此山西省电力公司要建设一套电力企业的同业对标系统。本文的目的就是解决以上问题.系统采用基于浏览器的B/S四层体系结构,采用J2EE路线开发设计,在技术平台建设中,利用Sotower平台进行开发,在实现数据传输方面,充分利用HTML技术、Web service技术、SOAP协议、消息队列技术等,实现数据自动采集、分析诊断模型及动态报表自动生成等功能。本文主要研究的内容包括指标评价、指标分析两个部分,运用正态分布数学模型和五分位法,通过多业务角度多维度评价和分析各专业指标和综合指标,从而实现山西省电力公司同业对标管理的自动化和智能化,提高工作效率,提升管理水平,增强分析能力。
[Abstract]:Interbank bidding refers to the comparison between the same kind of enterprises through some established quantifiable indicators, and the evaluation of the management, production and benefit of the enterprise through the level of index score, so as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages. To promote the development of enterprises. With the progress of society, the development of science and technology, the improvement of enterprise management level, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more serious. In order to survive in the fierce competition, we must fully understand the situation of the industry and its own advantages and disadvantages. We will improve our own level of production and operation. As a result, various industries have gradually begun to align with each other within and among industries. However, with the expansion of the scope of the calibration, the following problems have emerged in the actual work: low level of information, poor timeliness, accuracy and sharing of data. Low working efficiency; The standard analysis is not uniform, lack of professional analysis and diagnosis platform, the analysis method is simple, and the work level of the staff at all levels is not uniform, which seriously restricts the overall analysis and diagnosis level of the same trade standard. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the standard analysis of management index, production index, and other data efficiently by means of information technology, and to build a system to solve the problem effectively. Therefore, Shanxi Electric Power Company should build a set of interbank bidding system of electric power enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to solve the above problems. The system adopts the B / S four-layer system structure based on browser, adopts the J2EE route development design, in the technical platform construction, uses the Sotower platform to carry on the development, in realizes the data transmission aspect, fully utilizes the HTML technology, Web service technology, the SOAP protocol. Message queue technology, such as automatic data collection, analysis and diagnosis model and dynamic report automatic generation and other functions. The main contents of this paper include index evaluation, index analysis, using normal distribution mathematical model and quintile method, through multi-business perspective and multi-dimensional evaluation and analysis of professional indicators and comprehensive indicators. In order to realize the automation and intelligence of the management of Shanxi Electric Power Company, improve the working efficiency, improve the management level, and enhance the analytical ability.
