企业管理视角下的制造业“民工荒”

【摘要】:在制造业企业普遍缺工背景下,部分企业不缺工说明农民工务工选择的倾向性。提出创建雇主品牌对制造业传统用工模式革新。雇主品牌以培养员工忠诚为目标,要满足新生代农民工管理期望,要求企业诚信招聘、管理公平和提高管理沟通的有效性。
[Abstract]:Under the background of general shortage of workers in manufacturing enterprises, some enterprises do not lack jobs to explain the tendency of migrant workers to choose. It is proposed to create employer brand to innovate the traditional employment mode of manufacturing industry. The goal of employer brand is to cultivate employee loyalty. In order to meet the management expectations of the new generation of migrant workers, it is necessary for enterprises to recruit in good faith, to manage fairly and to improve the effectiveness of management communication.
