制造业服务化组织设计研究述评与展望

【摘要】:制造业服务化能为企业带来财务收益、竞争优势和客户满意,但面临很多管理挑战和"服务化悖论",组织设计是其成功的关键因素和保障机制,国际学术界对该问题越来越关注,我国企业界也在积极探索,但还未引起我国学术界的足够重视。本文在明确制造业服务化组织设计概念的基础上,从权变理论、服务主导逻辑和组织行为理论视角梳理了其理论基础,发现已有研究缺少对当前互联网环境和多主体价值共创实践的关注;总结了学术界对服务组织分离还是整合的争论,将组织结构归纳为四种类型并指出其演进趋势;强调企业文化要加强服务导向,并创建产品和服务文化不稳定共生关系。最后,本文构建了制造业服务化组织设计的研究框架,提出未来应加强多主体导向组织设计和平台型组织结构的研究,行业特性、组织规模对其影响研究等,为国内学者开展进一步研究提供参考,也为我国企业界开展相关实践提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing service can bring financial benefits, competitive advantages and customer satisfaction to enterprises, but it faces many management challenges and "service paradox". Organization design is the key factor and guarantee mechanism of its success. The international academic circles pay more and more attention to this problem, and the Chinese business circles are also actively exploring, but they have not attracted enough attention from the Chinese academic circles. On the basis of defining the concept of service-oriented organization design in manufacturing industry, this paper combs its theoretical basis from the perspective of contingency theory, service-oriented logic and organizational behavior theory. It is found that there is a lack of attention to the current Internet environment and multi-subject value creation practice. This paper summarizes the debate on the separation or integration of service organizations in academic circles, classifies the organizational structure into four types and points out its evolution trend, emphasizes that corporate culture should strengthen service orientation and create unstable symbiotic relationship between product and service culture. Finally, this paper constructs the research framework of manufacturing service-oriented organization design, and proposes that the research of multi-agent oriented organization design and platform-oriented organization structure should be strengthened in the future, and the influence of industry characteristics and organizational scale on it should be studied. It provides reference for domestic scholars to carry out further research, and also provides theoretical guidance for Chinese enterprises to carry out relevant practice.
