面向个性化定制的智能糖果包装系统信息交互与软件实现
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrial information and communication technology, the industrial manufacturing system has undergone significant changes. The concept of "wisdom factory" is put forward, which combines industrial production with cloud computing and big data, and combines the information of manufacture, management and sale of products with information physical system (Cyber-PhysicalSystem for short, CPS) for data fusion. Finally, fast, efficient and personalized product supply is realized. At present, although the level of domestic industrial manufacturing has made great progress, it is faced with the challenge of upgrading industrial intelligence under the new situation. In addition, with the development of economy and society and the arrival of the era of mobile interconnection, consumers begin to use mobile devices to carry out personalized service experience. Based on the concept and reference framework of industry 4.0, the research goal of this thesis is to study the individualized intelligent manufacturing system based on the change of market demand for personalized products and service, as well as the development trend of manufacturing industry in the future. Based on the hardware platform of the existing intelligent candy packaging system, the information interaction mechanism and its software system of the intelligent candy packaging system are designed and implemented. In this paper, the following main work will be accomplished: first, clear design purpose and characteristics. This paper analyzes the control mode and characteristics of manufacturing production process at present, considers the changing trend of people's consumption mode, and puts forward the improvement way of current industrial production mode and structure combined with the popular application equipment and software. According to the application requirements of the intelligent candy packaging system for individualized customization, the system is divided into the overall functional framework, and the functional requirements and implementation basis of each level subsystem are explored. Secondly, from the point of view of the realization of personalized customization, this paper mainly solves the problem of information interaction between the intelligent candy packaging system and the system. This paper analyzes the connection mechanism and interaction mode between cloud service system layer and mobile terminal service layer, and designs corresponding software. The design of mobile terminal APP is realized by the development of Android system, and the related website service and corresponding data interface are designed by introducing Web Service technology. Thirdly, from the point of view of the realization of intelligent production, this paper mainly studies the information interaction mechanism and production control mechanism between cloud service system and manufacturing system. Based on the hardware of manufacturing system layer, the implementation mechanism of flexible production is established to make it the basis of intelligent production of the system. Based on the processing ability of massive data of cloud service system, the information processing mechanism and the decision mechanism of production planning are established to realize the intelligent adjustment of manufacturing system layer in the production process. Finally, through the implementation of customer order customization, workshop production, information query and data management, this paper verifies the personalized customization function of the intelligent candy packaging system. The mechanism of information interaction and the feasibility of its software implementation.
