【摘要】:中冶集团作为新中国钢铁工业的开拓者和主力军,近几年由一个深陷全面危机、完全依附于钢铁的传统冶金老企业成功实现转型,靠的正是困境重压下激发出来的领导力这一重要支撑。打造中冶集团领导力就是打造企业"硬品牌"。在战略掌控、改革创新、团队建设、作风纪律、示范引领等方面的领导力建设,已经成为中冶集团领导力的品牌模型。
[Abstract]:As the pioneer and main force of China's iron and steel industry, China Metallurgical Group has been successfully transformed in recent years by a traditional metallurgical enterprise that is deeply in crisis and completely dependent on iron and steel. It is the leadership that has been triggered under the weight of the predicament that underpins it. To build the leadership of China Metallurgical Group is to create a "hard brand" of enterprises. In strategic control, reform and innovation, team building, style discipline, demonstration leadership and other aspects of leadership, has become the brand model of leadership in China Metallurgical Group.
