【摘要】：正张茵全国政协委员、广东东莞玖龙纸业有限公司董事长产能过剩经历阵痛有创新才有出路随着供给侧结构性改革的提出,对像造纸行业这样的传统制造业而言,环保的要求更加严格,这既是挑战,也是机遇。国家环保部将进一步落实排污许可证实施方案,提高造纸行业准入门槛,提高门槛后,没有许可证的企业将无法生存,也倒逼着企业必须创新升级。
