一汽集团主数据管理建设规划及策略研究
[Abstract]:The automobile industry has developed rapidly in recent years. At present, our country has become the largest country of automobile production and sale in the world. However, China is only a large country of automobile production and marketing, and still has a long way to go. Enterprise informatization refers to the application of modern communication, computer, network, database and other technologies to the automobile industry, the birth process of products within the enterprise, and the mass manufacturing process. The digitization of the main production business, such as order service process, can greatly improve the efficiency of process execution, facilitate the optimization of enterprise resource allocation and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. After the large-scale development of enterprise information construction, how to integrate the existing data resources and give full play to the role of the data itself has become a difficult problem for the information department. This paper takes the research on master data management of China first Automobile Group Company as an example, through the analysis of the current situation and problems of information and master data management, forms the master data management planning scheme, construction steps and strategies of the group company. The research of this paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance, content and method of the research. From the background of the research, the paper puts forward the data problems faced by FAW Group informatization construction and the general solution measures. Then points out the purpose and significance of this study, through theoretical analysis and industry advanced enterprises in the practice of master data management, This paper puts forward the master data management plan and strategy of FAW Group Company and briefly analyzes the value it brings to FAW Group. The second chapter describes the master data, master data management theory, through the comparison of industry best practices to give a specific classification of master data management and clearly put forward the main data management content and components, Then according to the master data maturity model, the paper briefly analyzes the stage state of the group master data management, and finally expounds the significance of the master data management combined with the current situation of the group information management. The third chapter focuses on the general situation of enterprise, enterprise information, enterprise data management and master data management, and effectively analyzes and finds out the two dimensions of business and system in view of the current situation of master data management. This paper points out the existing problems of master data management in enterprises. The fourth chapter puts forward the overall goal of master data management according to the current situation and problems of master data management, divides it into business objectives and IT objectives, and clarifies the principles of functional architecture and interface integration from the point of view of system implementation. Finally, the simulation verifies the feasibility of the data interaction between the master data system and the enterprise business system. The fifth chapter gives the master data construction strategy, which is carried out in the aspects of project management, personnel support, risk control and data security, which effectively ensures the landing of master data management planning. The research of this paper is to establish a set of master data management planning and strategy, through the construction of unified rules and management process to ensure the uniqueness of the internal data standards of FAW Group. For the integration of enterprise data resources and better play the role of data itself lay a solid foundation.
