全面风险信息管理系统在电网企业的应用研究

【摘要】:全面风险信息管理系统依赖其专业的风险防控管理技术,通过风险信息收集、风险评估、风险分析、风险应对控制以及风险预警等功能,能够有效针对各种风险发挥其预防、控制、监督与改进的作用,且贯穿于电网企业各层级的风险防控网络。使得风险管理规范化、科学化、常态化,使风险防范扎根于基层、扎根于员工的日常工作中,为实现公司战略目标保驾护航。本文将研究如何构建电网企业的全面风险信息管理系统,提出了一整套全面风险业务管理的解决方案,首先,阐述了课题研究的背景及意义,通过对国内外研究现状分析,提出了本课题研究目标及内容,并结合电网企业现状分析了全面风险业务需求,从业务架构、技术架构、功能架构及数据库设计四个层面对系统进行设计,本系统采用B/S架构,基于SG-UAP平台实现,前端采用JS框架,后端基于JAVA语言,数据库使用ORACLE11g。然后针对各功能模块要实现的业务功能进行了详细设计,最后,介绍了系统的实施效果,该套系统优化了电网企业现有工作流程,用户体验较好,提升了电网企业处理风险的水平和能力。在论文的总结与展望部分对课题的研究成果进行了归纳和总结,并展望下一阶段研究方向。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive risk information management system relies on its professional risk prevention and control management technology. Through the functions of risk information collection, risk assessment, risk analysis, risk response control and risk warning, the comprehensive risk information management system can effectively play its preventive role against all kinds of risks. The system is designed from four levels: business architecture, technical framework, functional architecture and database design. Finally, the implementation effect of the system is introduced. The system optimizes the existing workflow of power grid enterprises, and the user experience is good.
