全球价值链中的制造业服务化与企业全要素生产率

【摘要】："制造业服务化"已成为全球价值链分工体系的重要特征,并显著影响了企业的国际竞争力。本文采用中国工业企业数据库、中国海关进出口贸易数据库和世界投入产出表的合并数据,实证分析了全球价值链中的制造业服务化对中国企业生产率的影响效应。本文发现:首先,制造业服务化水平有利于提高企业的全要素生产率,尤其是在全球价值链中嵌入程度较高的企业。其次,电信业的服务投入对高价值链嵌入企业全要素生产率的影响最大,金融业次之。最后,服务外包的再配置效应在我们的研究中也被证实,不同类型企业"制造业服务化"的生产率效应存在较大的异质性。
[Abstract]:"Manufacturing service" has become an important feature of the global value chain division of labor system, and has significantly affected the international competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the combined data of Chinese industrial enterprise database, Chinese customs import and export trade database and world input-output table, this paper empirically analyzes the influence effect of manufacturing service in global value chain on the productivity of Chinese enterprises. This paper finds that: first of all, the level of manufacturing services is conducive to improving the total factor productivity of enterprises, especially in the global value chain embedded in a higher degree of enterprises. Secondly, the service investment of telecommunications industry has the greatest influence on the total factor productivity of high price value chain embedded enterprises, followed by the financial industry. Finally, the redistribution effect of service outsourcing has also been confirmed in our research, and the productivity effect of "manufacturing service" in different types of enterprises is heterogeneous.
