基于MES系统的GAL公司生产研究
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the consumption demand of human beings is becoming more and more diversified, the consumers' requirements for the quality of products are getting higher and higher, and the delivery time of industrial process products by upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain is becoming shorter and shorter. The cost control of enterprises is becoming more and more strict in production enterprises. Based on this, the thinking of production management in many enterprises has also begun to change from mass production management mode to lean production trend mode. This kind of lean production management thinking, which is different from mass production management, brings trouble to many enterprises, especially records a large number of production related data in the process of production, and collates and analyzes these data. In order to get the causes of the problems behind the data or improve the space, many enterprises that can not adapt to this kind of management thinking begin to be at a disadvantage in the competition. In this context, MES manufacturing execution system has been paid more and more attention by more and more enterprises and imported into the actual production management. Based on the example of GAL Company, this case studies the three main problems that the factory actually faces, how to speed up the product production cycle, how to improve the efficiency of production equipment, and how to improve the product quality control. Starting from the important links of statistical analysis of production related data, this paper analyzes the production personnel, equipment and process, finds out the breakthrough point of the problem, and applies MES manufacturing execution system to carry on the production practice and carries on the research to the production mode. Firstly, the production cycle of the product is improved by introducing the (WIP) module of the process control system in the MES manufacturing execution system, and through a large number of data acquisition and analysis. Secondly, the equipment management (EMS) module and OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) equipment comprehensive efficiency calculation method in MES manufacturing execution system are used to improve the equipment efficiency of GAL company. Finally, aiming at the product process quality control, the "SPC statistical process management" module group in the MES manufacturing execution system is used to carry out the whole production process quality monitoring, so as to improve the product production yield and improve the product quality control ability. The research of this problem is of great significance to solve the problems faced by GAL Company, and it also has certain reference significance for other semiconductor production enterprises.
