[Abstract]:After being acquired by Sinopec as a global company, Zhengan Daomai has produced more chemical reactions with China's agrochemical market and even China's capital market. Salonda announced on the evening of March 24 that it intended to buy a 100 per cent stake in ADAMA, the world's seventh largest pesticide producer, to be issued by China Chemical Agricultural Chemical Corporation at a transaction price of 18.471 billion yuan. The company recently received a reply from SASAC transferred by the actual controller, and SASAC agreed in principle to the overall plan of asset restructuring and supporting financing.
